Giving this a one star is super generous. I wish I could rate it zero. I hardly read or write reviews, but I wish I had read the reviews in this case. 2.7 stars sounds about right based on the number of people who have reviewed. If you want to eat plain bread and taco shells, this is the place for you. Doesn’t matter what you order, whether it’s a soft shell, hard shell, a wrap, you name it. We had everything in our order and it was just bread. Barely any meat/condiments. I was seriously shocked when it came to pay, for the fact that they now ask you for a tip. I’m not sure if fast food joints in general now ask for this, but it was a first time for me. I waited in drive thru with absolutely no one in front of me for 15 minutes. But asides from that, getting home to eat bread was obviously the biggest disappointment. I mean, I’d be happy to tip in the future but for this kind of service and food? No way. Again, with such low reviews I wish I read ahead of time, I’m just trying to understand why there is no changes being made to this location or even shut down? It’s clearly not a one-off. I see tons of similar reviews and it’s disappointing. This place needs to do better, seriously. Better yet, just...
Read moreThis place is an embarrassment to the Taco Bell name. The service is painfully slow, the staff seem completely uninterested in doing their jobs, and the food? Honestly, it’s a health hazard. My brother was violently sick for three days after eating here — that alone should be enough to make you think twice before stepping through the door.
My family actually used to own and run a Taco Bell from 1994–1999 on Dundas Street, and we ran it completely opposite to this disaster. Back then, the food was fresh, hot, and served with pride. The difference here is night and day — and not in a good way.
The tacos were soggy, the meat was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and the lettuce looked like it came from the bottom of a trash bin. They got our order wrong, and when we politely pointed it out, they acted like it was our fault.
The dining area was filthy — sticky tables, overflowing garbage bins, and crumbs everywhere. If the front looks like this, I can only imagine how bad it is behind the counter.
Save yourself the trouble (and the hospital bill) — avoid this location at all costs. There are plenty of other places in Orléans where you can spend your money without risking...
Read moreThis location is a joke. We went to get a bucket of chicken and were told it would be 30 MINS?!?! Like what? It's a fast food place. For that long of a wait I might as well find a good chicken place and sit down.
So fine whatever no chicken so let's get some Taco Bell instead. Wanted to get some burritos and they had no rice lol not even kidding no rice? How do you run out of one of the easiest ingredients to find and stock. Embarrassing.
So ok whatever then beans in the burrito instead. My wife doesn't like spicy food so she asks specifically for them to put in mild sauce packs, of course at this point I should have checked the bag but I didn't. We get home and bam spicy sauce packs only lol one joke after another at this place.
We've been here a couple times before and there's always something wrong or some kind of mistake made, unfortunately there's not another location close to wander off to instead but this is our last time here. Not worth the hassle anymore
I'm not sure who runs this location but it might be advisable to look for another career because this management gig obviously...
