At approximately 3:08 pm came through the drive through to have the girl be snotty with me about not having any expresso shots at there location. I provide six dollars in change after ordering a large Oreo ice Capp. She hands me no change. And just stands there and stares at me. And this is after when I arrived at the window I had asked the total again? She mumbles something I couldn’t make out. So I politely asked for clarification. No answer. Oddly, I look at her. Repeated the question. And still got no answer. This clearly wasn’t a case of her not hearing me. As twice she had watched my lips move. This was not a deaf girl. Or one hard of hearing. This my friends was a rude girl. You know the type. Snotty, thinks their special. Sooooo much smarter then the rest of us type. Probably having a bad day after finding out daddy wasn’t going to buy her the new M3 BMW she wanted for her birthday. But it’s hard to say. If Tim hortons ran a contest for rudest drive thru employee of the month. I don’t think this girl would win. But she’d probably be voted in the top ten at...
Read moreFirst off I understand that drive thru gets priority, but serve 4 customers before me. Take my order and proceed to serve 3 other drive thru customers makes my coffee then serves 2 more before proceeding to get my timbits. But I must add a very important bit of info. All these transactions and orders some cash some debit.. she wore the same glove the whole time.. touching money food the cash register everyone's order made with the same glove!.. so then she proceeds to get my timbits.. I watched closely.. didn't use the wax paper provided! And proceeds with the same disgusting glove she touched everything with! Safe to say I got a refund and left. But not before I watched her point a laugh at me for telling her what's wrong with what she did and chuckle with the gas bar attendant! So gross wrong...
Read moreMy recent visit to Tim Hortons left much to be desired. The service felt rushed, as if the staff were in a hurry to move on to the next customer. There was a notable lack of courtesy, with one employee barely finishing their sentence before closing the window, not even acknowledging our presence. Their disregard was further evident when I attempted to organize my drinks in the car, only to be hurried along by shouts of "next car" from behind. It's disheartening to learn that such haste may be driven by a timer to beat, prioritizing speed over genuine customer service. While efficiency is important, it shouldn't come at the cost of basic courtesy and engagement with patrons. Although this is by far the worst Tim’s, Tim Hortons in general need to stop this timer thing they...
