Update Nov 2025: They are doing construction so working out of a trailer for a while. Menu is more limited, just a heads up.
Overall, this location is by far the worst Tim Horton’s locations I’ve ever been to. Do yourself a favour and avoid it at all costs. The better location is across the road right by Lonestar and Metro. The service can be very slow (especially when you think skipping the long line of cars to go inside, and even though there are only 2 people in front of you; it still takes 20 minutes to get your order). The staff often don’t seem like they know what they’re doing, but it’s a busy location so the food is always fresh. It’s a good idea to check your order too, it’s not always right. If you order anything more or less sweet, it will probably be wrong. I ordered a few types of specific Timbit flavours, and instead of telling me they didn’t have them, they just gave me a different flavour that I didn’t like. The other day I asked for the omelette bites, and was told they didn’t have any left (which I had gone there specifically for). After having another quick look at the menu realizing that was probably the only thing without flour, I said, “so you don’t have any left...?” They responded with, “I’ll go check. Oh yes we do but only the bacon and cheese ones.” Ok.... Edit: I ordered a toasted bagel a few weeks ago, and it was barely toasted. The next time I went, I asked to have it double toasted and it was black. Just a heads up, settle for rarely toasted if you don’t like burnt bagels. I don’t know why it’s too much to ask for your toasted bagel to be warm enough to actually melt the butter. Update again: Covid wise, obviously they don’t have time to change their gloves between customers, but touching the debit machine that people touch, touching your wrapped straw, and then putting it into the paper bag holding your bakery item is just bad hygiene. Update again… Laurie is very lovely. She is the only one who is polite, or takes the time to say “good morning”. The people at the drive thru window can’t even be bothered to greet you, tell you an amount for your order, or respond to when you say “hello” or “thank you”. They simply hold the debit machine out the window or ask “how will you pay”. Kindness is free people, it’s not that hard. I think they can learn a few things from Laurie. Maybe make her the manager and let her...
Read moreI wish they switched to only serving drinks, or maybe only serve the sandwich orders that take them 10 minutes to make, inside only. Parking is right there and theres AC and comfy seats, dont be lazy people. These people ordering hot food for a dozen people end up sitting in their running vehicle forever anyway. The amount of time I have to wait in drive thru because someone is ordering a feast fit for a king for a dozen people while the other line has had 20 cards zipping thru is so annoying. At the end of the day it's T.H.s problem to solve, I used to go every single day but now I rarely do.
I just need a good coffee before work but I'm a bit impatient to be honest and I wouldve just left without my coffee after 10 minutes of waiting for 1 vehicle but of course you'll be trapped by other cars behind making me regret even stopping while in a bit of a hurry (you'd expect 5 mins tops but now it's consistently 10 or 20).
It frustrates people when the other line of cars has moved several times because of one person but I'm not gonna be a jerk and honk, they know they're being selfish by not going in but the restaurant should also help - your drink only customers are slowly leaving.
I love the cold drinks. Haven't had good luck with the food. Often too much sauce or cream cheese and/or stale (wedges are notorious for that. I stopped...

This location is by far one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to—and I’ve been to quite a few. I usually have strong opinions about each one, but this spot consistently impresses me. The staff here always greet you with a smile and professionalism, no matter how busy or stressful their day might be. Every single time I visit, I’m treated with respect and courtesy.
I purposely choose this Tim Hortons over the other one directly across the street—and not just once in a while, but every time. The difference between the two is like night and day. When I order a large double double here, I actually get a large double double. Simple, right?
But when I end up at the other location (usually out of convenience or forgetfulness), I almost always regret it. I’ve received someone else’s order, been handed a steep tea and muffin instead of what I asked for, or gotten bizarre substitutions like extra cream on the side when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It’s baffling.
To the team at the Tim Hortons beside Metro: pat yourselves on the back. And whoever manages or owns this location—you deserve serious credit, too. You’ve clearly built a team that cares about doing things right and serving customers efficiently. It...
