The food was mediocre at best. Of the six meals my party ordered, four of them were unenjoyable. The best food to eat here is basic pub foods, such as burgers, chicken fingers, etc.

The service was decent for most of my party, other than the fact that the server was hard to find at times, but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt, it was busy.

My real issue for the service comes from one member of my table being completely ignored for the entire evening. Since the server never asked her any questions, she was the only person with an inedible meal to have to pay for it. For her to ask for a refill of water, other people would have to speak for her. I doubt this was intentional, but it still left her feeling isolated by the end of dinner.

We arived at 5:25 pm for dinner service with a group of 6, sat outside on the patio. The service was very slow took nearly an hour after we ordered to get our food. We were told the reason was because they received 2 Skip the dishes before our order was put into the kitchen. The portions were small. We had the Lobsterfest Rolls. We found that there was little lobster on the rolls, had to really look for it. It was mostly Alaskan Pollock.

Our waitress was not very attentive, we asked for our bills 4 times and it took about 25 minutes from the first time we asked for them to actually receive the bill. We left at 8:05 pm, which to me was just way too long for a 5:30 dinner service.

Be careful about the price of your draft beer on your bill. We experienced it twice that beer with special price got changed fully in the bill. Yesterday was even worse, to avoid unhappy experience we had at the first time, we doubled checked the price with our waitress when ordered, but still got mistakenly full charged. When we asked, the girl randomly made up a reason like ‘that price includes the tax’ which couldn’t hold any ground since the 13% tax of everything we ordered was clearly listed right below. I don’t want to speculate what’s the cause of this mis-price, but the way that waitress handled it was far away from professional. Not going...
