Three different times I’ve come here and I’ve had a bad experience with the same girl every single time. The first time I come in, I order myself a bacon and egg English muffin meal. They didn’t give me the hash brown and did not charge me for a meal. I asked the price for and not separately as it was cheaper and that’s what I ordered. She was not happy to give me a refund at all. The next time I came, I ordered a bagel and iced coffee and a doughnut, in a very rude tone she said “you know it’s not a meal right” I said yeah I know.. today I came in, asked for a chocolate dip doughnut I know that’s what I asked for as I’m very specific at this location now, they give me a muffin so I say hey I didn’t order this, and he handed me the doughnut and I said hey is there a price difference? Without looking or saying anything to me she rudely handed me a dollar and shut the drive through window. I’m actually so gagged that someone that negative rude and downright nasty could have a job serving anyone. The guy at drivethru said they did so I placed my order (we had one the day before so we know what it looks like) and they tried to give us a cup of chai with ice. Like the tea bag was in it and everything, it was not what I asked for. I told this to the girl trying to give it to me and even said that I confirmed with the order taker that they had the frozen chai. She left for a minute and came back and basically forced me to take it saying "my supervisor says this is what you ordered." No, it wasn't and they weren't even the one taking my order. Read moreI am new to Orleans and this is the closest Tim Hortons to me. From the person at the drive through to the cashier everyone was EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE. I was stunned. The drive through person, was so rude. I actually told them to cancel the order because the cashier deep-sighed at me while I brought out my card. Apparently, I was taking too much time. It was like 10 seconds max.
I walked away at that point. It wasn’t rush time. There was no one behind me. In my decades of living, I have never actually experienced the absolute rudeness I received at this store.
I can see that there have been similar complaints about the service and that the owner is seeing these reviews. Why are you not doing anything to address these employees? Additional training?
