Prince Gourmet Orleans — Restaurant in Ottawa

Edited: They are back. I do not know what has changed but the quality and service are back. We again ended up buying from here and we were surprised at the service and the quality. We will be back. Hopefully it stays this way.

ORIGINAL We stopped eating here about a year ago because we found the food quality was going downhill. We always get the family platter. Today we were running errands and it was close so we gave it another chance. Not a good decision. The chicken was extremely dry (the kids had to add ketchup to moisten enough to chew). My guess is that the potatoes were cooked around noon, they were cold and soggy. The only reason for 2 stars is because the salad is good, the garlic sauce is decent and they offer a gluten free pita. I...

This place is the worst i have ever EVER been too. Their food was soggy and disgusting.The sandwich i ordered was wet and salty. LIKE so much salt. And the service? horrible. so rude and the place looked filthy.

If choosing a prince Gourmet the owners of the Bank Street locations are by far the best group i have met. Friendly, fast and helpful. they care about the well being of customer and the food they serve. So fresh and so Clean. Id advise anyone whos looking for good shawarma to go...

This location use to be a 10 on 10 up until recently. It seems something had changed all the food tastes different now. The new staff don't seem to know if your coming or going

Too bad, this use to be one of the best. Now it's sinking quick with all the other shawarma...
