Prompt, courteous service. The one and only caveat would be that one or two of them could possibly throw in a smile or two now and again. Perhaps I am asking too much of them. Oh geeze, shame on me! Although a more plausible reason for "Frown Town" was that, very simply, I was witness to a once-in-a-lifetime, absolutely stellar performance by THE best acting entourage whom I personally have had the pleasure to bear witness to, and all for the low-low price of a cup of coffee! (I made my friend pay because I'm cheap, but you get the point). There is absolutely ZERO doubt in my mind that they are WAY too overqualified to be working such a small-time gig. A Subway... perhaps? MacDonald's, no doubt! But a Tim Hortons? I just don't see it! However, at the end of the day, I really cannot complain. I mean, the sheer soullessness of these obvious professional actors had me, a grown man, literally in tears by the time I walked out of there! I think it was partly due the performance itself and the realization of what I had just witnessed was finally sinking in... but mainly, I truly believe that my uncontrollable weeping was due to the horrifying realization that deep in my heart, I know that I will NEVER, EVER, bear witness to such an amazing, skilled, and dedicated team of actors for the rest of my mortal life! I would be lying if I said I weren't feeling BIG TIMR mixed feelings...mixed feelings for sure. All.i can say is A+ for being so gosh darned convincing! I really BELIEVED that everyone working there at the time truly hated every moment of their existence! Bravo! I hope others get the chance to see what I did! HIGHLY...

I would've yelled at the sandwich bar person for thinking they could serve that very disgusting and need to be reported there is something wrong with this location everytime I go there they mess up the order and not give me free orders only thing their good at is ice Capp which is shocking for this location and the manager needs to start fixing those issues and your supervisors or assistant managers need to be on top of this. You guys are ruining Tim Hortons when you hire these idoits from India coming here giving customers attitude, giving wrong orders , and ruining Canada's biggest coffee shop. I miss the old days when we had no Indians in Canada and our Tim Hortons were served by respectful workers, people would smile when they greet you , they don't greet they give attitude shame on you Tim Hortons for allowing this type of experience for any customer I speak for my Canadians citizens we are disappointed in...

Inventory managers need to be held accountable for something that is happening waaaaaay too much. Logistics isn't a hard concept.
Other management needs to be held accountable for not bothering enough to post notices to customers. All you're doing is creating more frustration by not doing anything to at least notify your customers.
Somebody take accountability for their lack...
