Went here a few times and every single time i have had horrible customer service. One time i ended up leaving without even ordering after waiting 35 minutes to order without even being acknowledged. And when i walked up to the window i was told to step back so i waited some more. there was 3 people out front. Anyways the following year i decided to come back and this time, it was just this passed friday i ordered, and waited and waited and waited patiently. Eventually i start getting hungrier (was supposed to get a snack but 45 min later waiting for a large fry we were starving) so i walked up to the window and waited patiently to ask if we could upgrade our fry to a poutine. few moments later after glaring at me, i said "i just have a question" She walks up to me stares at me and yells 83 in my face and continues to just ignore me. I go to speak and she cuts me off and says "MOVE OTHER WINDOW" and i was like oh ok. then she yells at her coworker, this young girl maybe 15 and says "will u deal with this *waving her hands all around" and just was extremely rude. We upsized it to a poutine and after an hour it was finally here. She gave us one fork and so my friend says, "could we have another fork please" and she points down to the container and says "look". So so rude. I work in retail and have had some terrible customers, but i would never speak to a customer that way.

I dont want to come back if this brown haired lady keeps treating me like garbage everytime i want a poutine. Food is good, that...

Wow. I have been here at least 20 times over the years and a MUST when we're in Owen Sound... but this was a horrible experience, sadly. I hate to even leave this review as it's normally phenomenal.. 😞🤯

My hubby, son and I got ice cream on Sunday around 1pm. It's was a SUPER hot day. We were told the ice cream was really soft. We ordered 3 medium cones, all flavour burst. I really should have taken them back. We got a cup for my son's ice cream but our waffle cones had the paper so glued on we couldn't take the paper off. All of our ice cream was really gritty and tasted off. (Not the normal creamy texture I'm used to!) I threw mine in the trash and my husband crushed his trying to take off the paper (he was NOT happy) and his went in the trash as well. A VERY disappointing an expensive stop.

I really hope this isn't what it's like now!?

This place is awesome. We took a trip to Owen Sound and looked around on Google Maps for a good spot to grab some food and sit by the water and found this place. All reviews were good, so went and it was fantastic. So much to choose from but my gf and I ordered the smoked bacon cheeseburger and shared some fresh cut french fries. The fries came and the box could hardly close and had fries sticking out the sides it was soo full :) I really enjoyed the burger but my gf didn't like the smoke taste, so its not for everyone. If you aren't sure just order the regular burger because its still good.

The prices are good, and the quick service with friendly staff. Next time I go I want to try the Milkshake, Onion Rings and Battered Mushrooms. I recommend this place and there were lots of people stopping to get their food fix...
