you guy's try my patience--your website says --Bagel BELT is described as Three pieces of crisp bacon, seasoned egg patty, fresh lettuce, ripe tomato and processed cheese, all stacked up on your choice of Always Fresh Bagel.---bacon not crisp--and 1 piece bacon cut in half--plain unseasoned egg--brown edged wilted lettuce-with all the brown bits sticking out of the bagel-----Tomato was good--cheese was fine--bagel was very stale--lightly toasted didn't help it come back to life-the dark roast coffee was fine---lots of employees---All I can say is you are lucky you are not starting out as a new business----cus you wouldn't make it-- 1595 16th St E, Owen Sound, ON N4K 5N3---about 10 AM today July 24th-I wasn't given a receipt --wasnt thinking ahaed---I showed the ''manager '' all the brown wilted bits and asked if anybody on her side of the counter would serve anything like that at home---she said she wouldn't speculate-they might-WHY are your employees acting like tenured job protected government employees ???--Too often the difference between your advertizing and the delivery from too many locations is like night and day---save your advertizing $$ improve your product--at least make it like you say...

The west side tims is actually pretty good for listening to you and getting orders right.. the 16th st tims is the complete opposite, if you ask for butter on your sandwich, you dont get it , even if they tell you you do. We have had ONE time where we actually got butter (which was today, on both sandwiches) but the way it was applied on my cream cheese bagel was seriously like.. what?? and they gave me the wrong cream cheese. Just a terrible place to go, they dont pay attention. Unless you are just getting coffe then it is probably fine. This is a reoccuring thing and its getting rediculous. They also dont clean the knives off after dealing with everything bagels and herb and garlic cream cheese. I constantly order plain cream cheese bagel with butter and it always has poppy seeds mixed in and it just looks and tastes un appealing. I get you guys are trying to be quick but i think you are just a little too quick for my liking... a bagel shouldnt be toasted in 5 seconds. Just saying. Its not proper. Slow down abit and put some care into the food you...

This is usually my go to location for my morning coffee before work but I have stopped going. Lately they have been taking my reward points but charge me full price for example my rewards say i have a free coffee, I order a coffee, they scan my points and claim my points and I still pay full for the coffee. Not sure how that works but I'm not impressed. Some of the staff go above and beyond, but generally they rush you and by the time you're saying hello you have a debit machine shoved in your face or they are short with you and rushing you out, especially if you pay cash and they have to do an extra step of giving you change. I know this location is busy and that's part of it, but it's not going to keep being busy if they steal reward points, treat customers like inconvenient ghosts, and rush orders that result in messing up the order every time. I hope they can get back to how it was, for now I will stick with other locations who take their time and do it right...
