Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Parksville

Management; Would of given a higher rating as today, the Extraviganzza Pizza was very good, cooked perfectly and it was fast. Plus, such a friendly delivery girl and friendly, efficient telephone receptionist took our order.But, whoever even if same receptionist took this call we stated that we did not receive the icing dip for the cin bites. To us thats a full order as we don't like them without. Doesn't sound like much unless you only like them with it as we do. Ruined dessert for the two looking forward to how they like them but they ate some. Too late for icing as they now cooled and we only like them warm fresh right after our dinner. No time to wait for it to arrive afterwards. Either way ,we actually did not receive that full order ‘as ordered’. We just called, they only offered a free (already free icing dip) 🤦‍♀️, for to go with our next order of cin bites. We don't need extra we need what we enjoy. May sound like not a big deal, but when you buy, you want your full order all at the same time of how you enjoy it and whats paid for and included as stated upon ordering. This location has, in recent months, replaced most of its staff, and I for one am very pleased they did. All the new staff are courteous, polite, and professional, and the food has improved greatly. Instead of four staff leaning against the counters, playing on their phones, and slapping stuff in boxes, the new staff are busy and hard at work, even when there is only one order. The order completion times have also improved. I'm not sure if it's the same manager, but the place has turned around for the better. I would definitely recommend ordering from the Parksville Domino's location; the food is great, the staff is friendly, and it's fast. Can't ask for more. Excellent work to the staff and...

The pizza, when it arrives, is always great, but the passed few times i have ordered, i have had items missing. This evening, i ordered almost a usual (same combo, sometimes different toppings on the pizza). 15 MINUTES LATER! I get a call saying they dont have their chicken bites. Ok that happens, i work as a chef so i totally get it ( although they should have known and called when the bill came into the place). For a compromise i ask for wings dressed the same way they do the chicken bited i asked for, and was refused. As much as i do get corporate "specification" i think there should be some freaking room to work with...
