Horrid experience. After expressing my concerns to a staff member (who was very pleasant) that their system of prioritizing orders is broken and returning to my waiting position about 5 feet away from the counter, a different person started speaking at me loudly from behind the counter. When I expressed my concern to them - their prioritization system is broken - this individual began to argue with me from about 5 feet away. I approached the counter and explained to the person why the system of prioritizing orders is broken. I had placed my order in-person with no other people in line and one mobile order on the counter. During the time I waited on my drinks about a dozen mobile orders were filled and were sitting waiting to be picked up. At one point in the conversation with the second individual I said "and these mobile orders are sitting here getting cold" and this individual's response was "Some of those are iced drinks." Recognizing that further conversation with this individual was pointless, and astounded that someone who says they have over 35 years of customer service could be so inept at actually providing customer service, I left and will...

Couple months ago I got a bad latte. I mentioned it the next day and they didnt charge for this one. Made me happy. Hadnt had any issues up to yesterday. Get to my destination and no latte. Got what looks like black coffee. I laugh and take it back and get my latte. Get back to my destination to have my latte. I always take the lids off to drink my coffee. Mustache of foam. An inch plus of foam. The actual latte was to the top of the sleeve. Cant taste the vanilla for the strong burnt coffee flavor. At this point I'm not going back so I phoned them. They apologized and said my next one would be at no cost. Good enough for me. I go get my latte this morning at no charge and I'm happy. Get to my destination and take the lid off. Same thing. I measured it this time. An inch and one half of foam. Again you cant taste the vanilla for the strong burnt taste of coffee. At $5.60 a pop I expect a drinkable latte. Extremely upsetting experience. I've been ordering every morning for a while now, and I realized that it works best for me to place a mobile order and pick it up 30 min later. I went in to pick up my mobile order today, and when another patron saw me walk in and pick up my order right away, she asked how long ago I placed my order. I told her I placed my order 30 min ago, and that this Starbucks was slow. The manager then stepped around the corner out of nowehere and decided to confront me and argue with me about what I said. She rudely told me how it is so hard for them and they're doing their best. I reminded the manager that this other patron simply asked me a question and I gave her an accurate answer. She then turned around and walked off while I was still talking to her. It's a shame because the staff are super nice and I can see them working very hard, but this particular location does take a while. I would definitely not recommend this location where the manager attacks their patrons and does not know what customer...
