McDonald's — Restaurant in Pemberton

My family and I were heading north of 99 when we have to make a quick stop for my kids. We eagerly ordered what we wanted but the manager on duty just killed the mood. We do understand how busy it is and we were not in any way demanding but rather eager and happy we had to make a quick stop at "McD", who doesn't right? The Manager was kinda rude and we could've walked out of there if my kids were not asking for anything from McDonald's. I just asked my wife not to comment infront of him and maybe he was just stressed out since he was also doing the cash register at that time. I just hope that it was just us that got that treatment that day though. My wife and I are both ex-McDonald's employees for years. Her being an LSM and me SM and believe me, we still love going to McDonald's to this day and I can honestly tell you no matter how we were stressed out and dead tired with the work before, we still can face and serve our customers/guests normally with a smile😀....we want them to be able to leave the store with the best experience. Customers would understand if everything's getting kinda hectic but they also deserve that million dollar smile just to let them know you are happy to serve them... Have a pleasant...

This place needs to be boycott and shut down.

Service is abysmal, why am I paying top dollar for minimal effort, low quality "food" and no service?

Taking advantage of customers like this is criminal, no receipt is ever given unless explicitly asked for so that when they screw up your order or over charge for something you didn't order you have to drive all the way back just to prove it.

I paid $30 total, and for something I didn't even want because they had already shut the kitchen down well before closing. I opted to go for the grilled spicy chicken instead of the regular crispy one that I wanted.

I was then charged for a "spicy grilled chicken bacon deluxe" - see pictures, no bacon, no effort whatsoever to even assemble the burger. Lettuce thrown in the box and all the sauce on one side of the bun.

I paid for a large fry and was given a small.

As usual, I didn't realize any of this until I was already home.

This is far from convenient and definitely not "fast-food".

If budget and profit are your number 1 priority with no regard for the consumer then you have lost the right to operate in this town.

On August 25th Sunday We had breakfast at this mcdonald in the morning and then hiked all day around Joffery Lake. We came back there at around 11 pm. We were standing there for a good 10 min and nobody came to take our order. we waited patientaly. Finally I asked one of the guy at the back that we would like to order. he came to the till and told us we had 30 seconds to order. I told him we waited here for that long patiently and nobdy came to take our order, his reply was that we should have ordered through the kiosk. My friends ordered and when it was my turn I told him to give me what was on the screen. He looked behind him and at the same time the screen changed. I told him I don't know what it was but what that was just give me that. He said, no you aren't getting anything. I told him I would like to speak to the manager he said he is the manager. words were exchanged and in this case even a slap was put on somebody's...
