Tried to return empty wine bottles tonight, which were already organized and separated. After grabbing a cart so we wouldn't have to carry the 4 boxes, an extremely rude employee came out and shouted at us "If you have a lot of empties, tonight isn't the night. I close in 15mins" She didn't wait for an answer and just stormed back inside. First of all, you closed in half an hour, not 15mins. Second, doesn't matter what time you're open until, if you offer a service you should have that service until close. And I'm sure your line up of paying customers loved the fact that you had to drop everything to yell at us potential customers outside the store.

Fix the attitude and maybe you wouldn't have so many bad reviews ......

The most inefficient with grumpy, rude staff Beer Store in the Ontario. It was terrible before the pandemic and is now even worse. Always a lineup and takes half an hour to return a case and pickup a full one. They make you line up for returns, then go back outside and line up again to purchase.🤦 Well worth the extra drive to Westport or Carlton Place where they know how to run a Beer Store. Your website says you're open until 7, Google says you're open until 7, but when my husband goes in at 5:57, he's called an "expletive head" by a member of your staff. Your sign says that customers can't speak to employees this way, yet employees feel free to speak to customers this way....
