My friends and I were walking back from the bar and decided to get pizza. The guy at the counter was nothing but rude to us. We ordered a large pizza with fries and gravy and brownies for dessert. Simple right? We then asked to have it delivered because there was four people waiting ahead of us for their pizza and we lived just around the corner. Jokingly, we asked if they would deliver us with the pizza because our feet hurt.(we had a cab on the way) The guy refused to deliver our food because we made a joke. So we sat there and waited for our order, my one of my friend went back in and ordered a poutine for delivery, took the address and charged her for it. Three minutes later he told her that he can't deliver the poutine and that she had to wait for it, our cab showed up and said he couldn't wait for the food, so we missed our cab. We went back inside to grab our food and my friend asked for a refund and he refused to give her the money back. I will never...
Read moreI used DoorDash to have 241 delivered to my home...after more than an hour of waiting, I contacted DoorDash to inquire about the delay in assigning a Dasher to my order...they assured me that they would find one. I continued to wait, only to have DoorDash cancel my order...an order that was already cooked and waiting for delivery. DoorDash has been unreliable in the past, so I will no longer use their 'services'. The owner of the 241 on George Street called me to find out what was happening, and I explained the situation...once 241 learned of the cancellation, they offered to go ahead and make the delivery themselves. My food arrived shortly thereafter, and despite having been prepared and waiting, it was still warm enough to enjoy, and the delivery driver expressed his apologies ( even though he was not to blame) and was very kind. Excellent service from 241 Pizza to remedy a mistake that they had nothing to do...

Now, I went there its like a circus. An Indian dude who wasn't wearing a uniform went into the kitchen and made himself two pizza while talking on his private cell. He was wearing regular clothes, no mask, no gloves, and no washing of his hands while using all the equipment in the kitchen. With open toe slippers.....lol. I swear I felt like I was in a Keele and Peele skit.
The Cashier was nice and friendly to me but I have no Idea why she would Jeopardize her job like that.
TDLR: Got some decent Pizza but left with some food poisoning. Don't trust this place, they have the recipe but that kitchen is open...
