The worst in town period. Completely incapable of getting something right. Every single time I order they mess it up. Constantly paying for my order just to be told they don't have what I ordered and have already paid for. They don't listen and are incapable of a simple coffee order. Very willing to walk an extra 30 min for another location despite this one being 5 min away. Do the same and save yourself the trouble. Frankly, they have their franchise license taken away til they learn to function as a basic Tim Horton's. DO NOT GO.
Update!!! This place has somehow gotten worse. Tried it again and regret my life choices now. The food is stale or burnt and if they don't have what you ordered they just give you something else without telling you. Check everything before leaving the location. It will probably be wrong. Read moreThis is generally accepted by locals as the worst Tim Hortons in Peterborough. They always screw up orders and have probably the longest wait time in town. Despite all of this I have continued to go there due to its closeness to my work place. After my most recent visit on Friday Sept 11th at approx 9am I will not be returning. 2 maskless customers were allowed to enter and be served without any question. To give them the benefit of the doubt, even if I assume they are regulars who cannot wear masks due to medical concerns, this does not justify the 3 employees who were preparing food and drinks with their masks under their noses (in full view of who I understand to be the manager). Their approach to their service has always been half a**ed, but now that they are applying that same mentality to health concerns during a pandemic, I will not be returning. I didn't have a Tim Horton's profile, until I created this, using your link. I think you tried to send me points to redeem assuming that I have a Timmy's card. I don't have a Timmy's card, and I don't feel like it would lighten the load of the experiences, for me, anyway.
A few weeks ago, an obviously very pregnant woman was denied a bagel with butter and a coke, because she was 5 cents short. I told the cashier to give her money back, and I paid for her. Last evening I was using the washroom. I'm a disabled 55 year old woman, and rely heavily on my wheelchair. A male staff or manager, shouted in that I was taking too long, and when I told him I'm disabled and going as fast as I could, he told me that it wasn't open for debate.
