I had an incredibly disappointing experience at KFC. I spent $40 on stale chicken, and when I informed the staff, they were rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they asked us to come back to the store. When we returned with the bad chicken, they continued to misbehave, talking loudly and rudely, as if we were begging for food.
The situation was escalated to the manager, Maninder Singh, who admitted the chicken was stale because it was from the "last batch." When I mentioned the rude staff behavior, I asked for the name of the employee who treated us so poorly. Shockingly, Maninder refused to give us the name and even said he wouldn’t replace the food unless we dropped the issue.

The gentleman who served me was incredibly helpful and patient and very friendly too! He didn’t rush me through even though I was completely not prepared it was so nice to have such great service at such a busy place.
