Went in to order two meals separately today, watched multiple workers wipe their face and then proceed to touch food (be careful if you order there and have a weaker immune system), upon asking the supervisor Danika to have the workers remake the food and wash their hands, we were laughed at behind the counter. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to remake it, someone asked us why we were there (since they forgot to remake the food within that timeframe). When we asked to speak to a manager, the supervisor Danika said they were told to wash their hands, but laughed at us when we asked if they’d still be okay to remake the food (which they said they would previously) This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location OR with this supervisor, as this same supervisor had to refund me for constantly missing items like sauce that I paid for in my bag at previous visits. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Then, when we asked them to remake the other order nicely as we’d been waiting for long so it got cold, the other workers started raising their voice at us and had a horrible attitude. They remade the quarter pounder, they added pickles when we ordered no pickles, I’ve never come here and not had an issue, but being laughed and yelled at for bringing up a health code violation and asking for the food to be remade politely, is...
Read moreWorst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I placed a mobile order, waited ten minutes in my car before decided to go in to pick it up. I tried to go inside but the door was locked, I figured it was due to COVID capacity. I waited another five minutes outside and noticed no one was minding the door, and decided just to go in when the next person left. The door was actually locked to prevent customers to come inside because they were so disorganized and slow and couldn’t handle the extra traffic. People were attempting to place orders at the cash register and staff were just ignoring them so they would go away, even when customers were verbally asking to have their order taken, the staff would just refuse to make eye contact with anyone so they would just leave. Then the manager came out and yelled at all of waiting to stop opening the door to let people in, I asked how are people with mobile orders for pick up are supposed to get inside and they were well under the COVID capacity limits so what is the issue? Read moreNew Review: Terrible. It is too crowded inside. Customer service is not good or missing entirely. One guy is running outside non-stop to full-fill orders for those people who go through drive-through but don’t get their orders. They keep pushing people through the drive-through too. Maybe slow it down a bit and get the kitchen in order. This place is so close to an accident happening with the guy running outside. This place used to be good. What has changed over the past 5-10 years now? This place needs to be bigger. Parking there is awful. Getting out of your parking space is even worse. Our family of 3 placed an order and about 8 other orders went in after us, and all of them got their orders before us. We waited 15-20 mins inside for our order and it was still not done right. Other people were coming in and complaining too. McDonalds, you need to audit this place and fix this. I changed my rating from 5-star to 1-star.
Good breakfast, however a little bit more money than Tim Horton’s now for the same thing. Large coffee, breakfast sandwich and hash-brown. McD’s was more $. I like both places though. Keep up...
