What do I say I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the caring and loving staff at the Mucho. They're staff displayed excellent care towards me and my family and showed the upmost respect to me and everyone in the store. The Manger was very kind and loving and treated me as if I was her own son. The level of professionalism was through the roof and made me feel extremely happy seeing such a high level of discipline and professionalism displayed by the staff. The way they assembled my burrito was made with such care and love that it felt like I was back in my grandma's kitchen as a young boy watching her make my burritos. The level of pride the staff have for their food is exemplified through their excellent care and handling of food as well as the cleanliness in the store. Not even a spec of dirt was spotted when I entered and subsequently left. The pristine condition of the store was mind boggling to say the least. If you want your food made with delicacy and care, this mucho burrito is the place for you. Their are no more words I can use to describe this...
Read moreIf I could rate lower I would. Ordered on skip, didn't receive a $17 item, called the store to have this rectified and was met with horrible customer service. They asked for the order number over the phone - we gave them two different numbers from the receipt, neither of which were the order number and they said we did not place an order with them at all - we received 2/3 items that we apparently didn't order from them. After providing our name and address, they were still unable to locate the order. They then offered to remake it if we can pick it up. Upon pick up, no apology was made and they were once again rude. They even went so far as to tell us what the order number was, as though that would make a difference at this point. We were made to feel bad for not knowing which number it was - we even asked which number and how long it should be over the phone. No type of reimbursement was offered. Overall horrible customer service. They were too busy talking to each other during trying to "help us". We...
Read moreI had the unfortunate experience of working at Mucho Burrito, a restaurant that is supposedly run by a husband and wife.
During my first day, the owner, Sukhi, asked me to sign a document that she claimed was a training document. It later turned out that this document was used to manipulate and underpay employees. She informed me that I would be paid a meager $8 per hour and explicitly warned me not to discuss this wage with anyone. This coercive tactic left me feeling trapped and fearful of potential consequences. As an international student seeking to make ends meet, I reluctantly accepted the low wage, hoping that it would at least help me afford basic necessities.
I strongly discourage anyone from seeking employment at Mucho Burrito. The toxic work environment, racial discrimination, and bullying tactics employed by the management team are clear indications of an organization that does not value its employees or promote a healthy and...
