Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Peterborough

Hello, I am being eating Popeyes over a year and this was a bad experience I ordered a 4 piece bonafied chicken combo with up charge of 1.50$ for a breast instead of one of the piece. Rest I wanted dark meat so that what I selected. When I received my order it had no Breast and just other pieces . I went over and politely asked her and then she said back,’’ do you think you can get chicken breast in $1.50 dollars( well the order was 25$ in total including tax and the up charge ) I told her I paid for it and showed her then she said the same thing with so much attitude. The person is trying to scam out customers for 1.50$ I could have paid more if it is more. I ordered through Uber eats pickup and that’s what it showed me .

The way situation was handled and she was trying to shame me that I am poor and can’t pay for my meal while giving an attitude that do you think u can get chicken breast in 1.50$ only uneducated shameless people would talk like that .

I have always had great experiences with food from here but tonight was a very very horrible experience because of which I am changing my rating from a 5 star to 1 star. Trust me, if I had option for 0 star, I would have gladly went for it. I ordered food through Skip the dishes. I ordered the 3 piece tender combo along with 1/4oz popcorn shrimp. Both the orders come with a dipping sauce which I selected for as Blackened Ranch. Not a single one was sent. Cherry on top, I ordered 3 pieces of mild tenders. What I was sent was chicken nuggets. 5 pieces of them. Totally uncooked from inside and dripping in oil. Now the combo comes with 1 biscuit which I don't want but can't get rid of. Earlier there was an option of writing a note in the order to tell them that don't send the biscuit as I don't eat it. Saves me from throwing it in the dustbin. Tonight I was sent 4 bloody biscuits. Who the hell sends 4 biscuits without asking. Seriously shocked and disappointed by the uncooked food served by this popeyes location. 0 stars, not 1, 0!!!! Popeyes website took my order for a 12pc family meal and charged my debit card at 6:40pm. I chose 7:10pm pickup time. After driving across town to arrive at the store at 7:08pm, I get an email from Popeyes saying there was a problem and they cancelled my order. 30 minutes after they took my money!

I walked into the store to be told that they have no way to look into it. It's a problem "from head office". What a joke?! So now, I am out $52.00 and tonight's meal. No idea or answer from Popeyes "bot" helper. No refund. The staff or "on shift manager" was a useless tool with no authority or ability to do anything.

I will NEVER eat Popeyes again. The place was filthy to boot. Avoid it and definitely don't order through their website. The family meal was $20 cheaper on their website for pickup than on any delivery service. Total ripoff and straight up...
