Second time going to this location and definitely be the last. Went in on a Thursday night around 8:00. It wasn’t overly busy (but could’ve been short staffed). After being seated my boyfriend and I waited about 10 ish minutes to be talked to by our server. I’m a very understanding person so this didn’t originally bother me. After being greeted by our server, who came and left within seconds of speaking with us, we waited longer than needed for a beer and a water. When the waitress returned to take our orders, she proceeded to come and go super quick and “memorized” our food orders. We waited about 30-35 for a pasta dish and chicken wings. Which when our waitress brought out my chicken wings I ordered, she got the order wrong and brought me chicken tenders. Which in any other scenario I would have just taken them, but they did not look appealing at all. She apologized and fixed the order that I again had to wait longer for. She brought out the wings that were barely sauced. As I started eating the wings and counted them. I was served 9 wings when the menu specifically says 10 wings. After eating our meals separately, we asked the waitress for a discount of any kind for the situation and mentioned to her about missing a wing. She replies with “it’s 9-10 wings depending on the weight of the wings”. And told us there was nothing she could do for us. Which IS NOT clarified on the menu, IF this is true (attached image of menu). I am not typically the kind of person to leave places unhappy. It takes a lot to leave me displeased. However we will not be returning to this location. Our waitress was super nice but the service we received was just awful.

No where had they advertised any specifications on the type of cocktails (i’ve attached an image of the exact advertisement, look at the bottom right corner) I gently brought it up to my server and instead of correcting their mistake of false advertisement or even apologizing our server said “well I can give you the discount if you want”. I explained, feeling pressured, “I don’t want to be a pain” to which she stared and said “it’s up to you” She made us feel shamed and embarrassed for even bringing it up. If they had honoured their advertisement i would’ve paid roughly $43 instead of the $64 I actually paid. Not only this, we were brought cold and poorly prepared food. We were really excited to have a girls night out, instead we mislead and left with a sour taste on our tongues and a tarnished image of this establishment.

I expressed to her that I only wished to have a refund of the items mentioned above and that I did not want a credit, as I wasn't going to order delivery from them again. I offered to bring the food back in to her. She began to laugh at me on the phone and said you are not understanding etc., you can only have a credit. She also expressed that they can't guarantee service when ordering delivery through a 3rd party(which I found very odd). I told her that I'd understand if the food was cold due to delivery(which it was), but there's no excuse for burgers being under cooked and that they do have control over that issue. No one orders a burger rare. She told me to call back in morning and to speak with the other Manager.

The food was amazing, if I could rate just the food I’d rate it a 4/5! However the service was a little off to me. I had made a reservation and we got there on time and straight to our table, we were handed food menus but no drink menu, so I googled it which was no problem. The lady took our first drink orders and I ordered a plate of nachos for my table. The nachos took forever, and it seemed like the server was almost avoiding us, it wasn’t very busy at the beginning but it did pick up after our appetizer came out. We put our food orders in and finally I was able to get my second drink, I only had 3 margaritas, the first was perfect, the second tasted like there was no liquor in it, the third was so strong I could barley drink it, and after watching the server avoid us (would look at me, see our table with all empty drinks just awkwardly waiting) while we waited like 35 minutes finally I politely asked her when she ran by if she had an update on our food and ordered that final margarita. She tells us they’ve messed up a couple of our meals and they had to be remade. We said no problem and waited another 20 minutes for the food to come out, while we were waiting we finished off the nachos but after asking for an extra sour cream and salsa wasn’t brought one, I understand it’s not all about me, I just never had a server...

The first visit I had to this location was when they first opened. I visited with colleagues. When one of them went to the bathroom, there was a mouse running around in there. The waitress was not surprised and only said "you better not post that online! " My second vist was with my boss, and we wnt for lunch. It took 45 minutes for our lunch to be served, and it was not very busy. My third vist was just recent, with my wife for our anniversary. They were out of the first two choices of appetizers so had to settle for garlic bread, which was good. I ordered a pasta dish, and they didnt have that either, so I copied my wife's choice and had the chicken cordon bleu. When it arrived, it was already cut up into 5 pieces. Which was very strange. My wife's meal had a huge hair baked right into it. So much so, that after breaking off a 3 inch peice of hair the rest of the hair could lift the chicken up. The manager said he'd take it off the meal. When we asked for the bill for our drinks, the waiter came and said, it's been taken care of. We assumed that they comped it. We found out after, that people we knew in the restaurant paid our bill because our anniversary. It was very underhanded of the staff to pass it off as...
