I want to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have experienced at one of your locations. I frequently order an iced coffee with extra cane syrup and espresso foam as part of my routine before heading to class. However, multiple times (approximately 3-5 times), my order has been incorrect. Espresso Foam Not Provided – Today, I was served by an employee named Adam, and instead of espresso foam, I was given whipped topping. When I pointed this out, I was still provided with the wrong item instead of being informed that espresso foam was unavailable. Extra Cane Syrup Mishandled – Rather than adding the extra cane syrup directly to my iced coffee, I was given a separate cup with syrup pumps in it, which is not how I expected my order to be prepared.
This has happened multiple times, and I believe better communication is needed. If an item is unavailable, I would appreciate being informed rather than receiving an unannounced substitution.
I have attached a screenshot for reference. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for myself and...
Read moreOn Thursday evening, February 20, 2025, I visited Tim Hortons and had a really unpleasant encounter. The service was extremely slow because the student employees were more focused on chatting in their mother tongue than attending to customers efficiently. There was a long queue, and instead of managing it properly, they seemed to enjoy their conversations while ignoring the fact that customers were waiting.
Additionally, I noticed a lack of professionalism in appearance; some employees did not wear name tags, and male staff members did not wear beard nets, raising hygiene concerns. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, it felt like the staff didn't care at all.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that employees follow proper hygiene protocols, wear name tags, and communicate professionally in English to maintain efficiency and respect for...
Read moreJust had the most uncomfortable experience. Ordering a double toasted tea biscuit, with a coffee. The "acting team leader" was snark and bit off the cashier's head for not knowing you cannot double toast a tea biscuit. Then as she was wiping up the counter the "acting team leader" barrels in saying loud fine, illI make the coffee. While the cashier's face went red, clearly from embarrassment of her team lead. Then the cashier was centered out again, but being told loudly to take her hands off her hip. The disrespect from that"team leader" is discusting, rude! Respect comes from within, that poor cashier had done nothing wrong, she was polite with a smile through it all. This team lead should be sent to a training class on how to treat others. Completely shocked she'd be any kinda of management for...
