I just want to start off by saying I go to this starbucks location almost everyday to get my coffee. The employees are usually AMAZING and know me by first name, however today I had the WORSE encounter ever! The employee RORY (pic of him included) making my drink was busy chatting with his friend and made my drink in the wrong cup and the wrong way so I told him I have my own starbucks cup and I'd prefer my white mocha on the bottom of my cup unstirred. He proceeded to get an attitude and stated that because I ordered a grande he can only give me a certain amount of coffee. I said ok make me a grande and may I have a little more ice in my drink. He proceeded to say "I'm not giving you anymore ice." I offered to pay for a cup of ice. He then said "I'll give you a refund but I'm not giving you any ice. Get out of the store and dont come back!" I was SHOCKED because I didn't understand where this attitude was coming from. I've been coming here for 5+ years and never had an employee be so disrespectful and dismissive. His customer service was disgusting. I'm trying to understand the reason for his DISCRIMINATION towards me because I've seen other customers request ice or any other item and recieve it with no issues. I plan to follow up with this horrible experience and I hope no one ever gets treated the way...

The Frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade I tried wasn't as flavorful or sweet as I had hoped. It felt somewhat watered down, lacking the boldness that usually characterizes Starbucks drinks. The expected burst of mango and dragonfruit flavors was disappointingly subdued, leaving me wishing for a more vibrant and refreshing taste profile. As someone who usually enjoys their selection of beverages, this particular choice didn't live up to the mark.
The atmosphere at the Pickering location was fairly busy. With limited seating available, I was disappointed to find that many tables were unclean. The state of the tables took away from the overall comfort of the visit.

Read moreI made a purchase here in late May and was not given a receipt. I went back and asked for a receipt; the person swiped my card and gave me a balance slip. Weeks later, I just realized that I have less money on my gift card than I should have. I called Starbucks and they said a transaction was made at this same location for over triple the original purchase amount a few minutes after my original purchase. I called and spoke to two supervisors about it, once to share this information and again after I found out Starbucks is investigating it. The first person I spoke to was a male supervisor, very dismissive of what’s I was telling him. The second was female (Vayola) and she actually hung up on me after saying “oh you’ve already spoke to her... please hold.” Then the call ended— now, coincidentally, I get a busy signal every time I attempt to call back.
