Saturday meal disaster,6.00pm after being seated waited 20 minutes before waitress to show up. Ordered beer and a glass of water, meal arrives , no drinks , no soup, no cutlery to eat main meal. I tell manager who's walking buy and he helps. So I mention we still have no beer or water. When she comes back brings a warm glass of water, no beer. Yet ignoring customers as is quite noticeable by the look of other patrons waiting also. Eat meal, now waiting to pay another 15 minutes go by and she shows up with machine but as I said I pay cash, she will come back? Now 20 minutes go by no waitress so I put $ 60.00 ( 55.77) dollars on table and get up but tell hostess who walks buy that the money is on the table, says that's fine. Now leaving I see a friend at the bar so I talk to her for a bit still no waitress so we leave only now outside waitress come running outside to ask for payment which I told her was on the table. She say some other waitress must have picked up the money, we leave. I understand it's hard to find service people and Saturdays is a busy night but this waitress needs to find a different employment, this type of work is not for her. The server dropped our drinks off and 15 minutes later she hadn’t come back to take our meal order so we waved her down. We finally placed our order and 30 minutes later she came back to tell one of my party there were no mashed potatoes and to pick another side (which was confusing as two people had ordered mashed potatoes). Another 15 minutes later she dropped off all but one dish saying it wasn’t ready but she “didn’t want the other meals under the heat lamp any longer” and would bring it out when it was done. The meals were all cold, the steak was not a nice cut and the hamburgers were like rubber. I tried to order a shot of sambucca and was told that that was the only thing they didn’t have, so I ordered a white tequila and was told they didn’t have that either that “there is a shortage of white tequila” so I gave up and asked for the bill.
