Five Guys — Restaurant in Pointe-Claire

Just stumbled upon this gem! Had the pleasure of grabbing dinner out this past week with the family before heading to watch the new Superman movie and boy was this place amazing. The food was honestly superb, one of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time. And their milkshakes are thick and come in a variety of flavours. The service was quick and everything was great, nothing missing, burgers dressed the way you like them. The fries were delicious and perfectly seasoned. I had to get another burger to go as it was that good!

Service was excellent, we got there at supper time and the wait was unbelievably short once you ordered even though there were a lot of people the food was hot, delicious and fast. We managed to be in and out in under an hour and made it to the movie previews without a hitch.

Keep it up guys, you got yourself a family of repeat customers...

The cashier wouldn't just tell me how much my order was (I was paying cash). When I gave him a 20, he just 'suggested' that he keep the change??? Five Guys makes good burgers but I'm sure they wouldn't be happy about sketchy staff milking customers for maximum tips. If I go back, I'll be paying attention...

Went on opening day Saturday March 22, didn't even realise it was opening day until I saw all of staff on site - the team works like a well oiled machine. No delays, no issues, just food done right. Delicious burgers - just wish the menu had a bit more description, we didn't realise the original burger has 2 patties and is quite large. If you are looking for a regular cheeseburger with 1 patty of meat make sure you get the "petit cheeseburger" instead.

Note this location is a bit smaller than their previous spot, dining area feels a bit more cramped, but there's still room and lots of parking and food...
