I go to this restaurant very often since last year, because it’s near my house i really liked the ambience and the food is amazingly good we always enjoyed to go there with friends after school once in a while, the thing is i’m still a student and I don’t have a stable job because like i said i’m still in highschool, but i always tried to pay for the food and always live 15% of tips when i could afford and i had a job, school is my priority and i still wanted to go to this restaurant because we really liked it and i started paying for my food and only my food, no tips and i started noticing how the same waitress was not as nice as she was before like she never smiled anymore and i could feel that when i was with my friends they noticed how they looked at us. yesterday i went with my friends once again, and ordered like ussual the waitress bringed us water and the ROBOT bringed us our food not the waitress, the ROBOT. and just when we were about to eat another older waitress came with the excuse to serve us water and told us that we don’t live tips who is false because i know that my friend lives somethings and amoung my friends she spoke to me and said “you used to live tips” she asked why I didn’t live tips anymore, i told her that i will always pay for my food but that right now I don’t have enough to pay them 15% of my orders every time i come to their restaurant anymore she also said, that nobody wanted to be our waitress and there I understood why the other waitress was always looking at me that way how every time we came in she started saying something to other waitresses. I can understand that she got used to me always giving 15% of tips in big orders but i have worked as a server since i’m 14 years old, i have worked in restaurants as server, bussboy, dishwasher, i have worked in marriage partys, ceremony’s, birthdays, serving a lot of people and never NEVER i have asked someone for tips, i never went over to a table of people while they are enjoying their food and asked them to give me tips, i would’ve been so embarrassed to do that. We finished our food and this time they sent another male waiter to give us our bills, i really don’t understand why they sent him if the other two who had served us were not busy at the moment i just felt it like an intimidation method or something, it was weird, anyways no matter what it was it didn’t worked and i really hesitated to live 15% again but at the end any of us left anything i know my friend always live some tips but this time, she didn’t. My other friend payed cash and when he got the change the male waiter came with the coins and juste dropped them on the table wich i found very disrespectful but funny at the same time because that was the man’s way to demonstrate how angry he was wich i find very pathetic honestly. Then I don’t understand how there was a USA coin in my friends change i don’t know if it was a mistake or just another pathetic way to tell us they were mad, i really don’t know, personally i would have NEVER in my life even think to treat people i serve this way, never and like i said i have worked a lot since a very young age, lots of restaurants, lots of places serving people and i have never treated someone like this and never asked for tips to a table who is about to eat!!!! I would’ve been so embarrassed with myself right now. I’ts a shame because i really like this restaurant but unfortunately even tho we were ones of your most current’s customers and always paying your high priced dishes who, don’t get my wrong, are delicious, we might have to go to another restaurant...

Went there to have lunch with a family friend, and together with my family, including a year-old baby. At first it took us a while to get the server’s attention to order food, and after we ordered, my friend wanted to add more, but the server just turned around and put her hand up so as to say ‘wait’ or ‘stop’, and without a word she continued walking away. My friend had to go up to the server’s desk just to add orders as it was really difficult to get the server’s attention again. When the food arrived, the food given was incorrect, and happened a few more times, and you can tell that the server was getting easily impatient more so than us for getting the incorrect food. But what struck us the most was when our year-old child started to get cranky and cried (he was just a year old and didn’t want to stay put after eating), and in the middle of trying to calm the baby down, the server came to us and told us that another customer complained about the “noise” from our child and that we “should keep the baby quiet”, and then stormed away before we could even react. We were shocked and embarrassed to have heard this as it felt that we were being a reckless group, and that the stress of calming down a baby who never understood anything yet wasn’t enough. We never expected this to come from a supposed family-oriented restaurant. My friend had the last straw and came up to the server’s desk to complain about the already ruined experience, and the server claimed that the customer who complained had already left the restaurant. We knew this complain couldn’t have come from any customer, as most(if not all) of the diners that time were families with kids. We asked the server then what she should expect of our child to do when it doesn’t even understand anything yet. She rudely replied that we “should get the baby out of the restaurant”, and then she retreated to the backroom.
My wife never even touched her food yet at that time for feeding and trying to calm the cranky baby, but we lost interest in staying in the restaurant any longer, and decided to just pay and leave.
We came to eat lunch here mainly to see the robot server, because we knew it was something that would entertain the kids, but apparently it wasn’t used that day for some reason. The owners I heard are down to earth, but it’s such a shame that the disrespectful and rude server(s) are ruining the reputation of...
Read moreWorst dining experience in my life. Dining at Kisso sushi will be a memorable event for me and my family “(Not in a good way). I don’t know where to start. Right from the beginning, the customer service was terrible beyond imagination. The waitress was very rude and disrespectful. She was even very rude to my polite and kind 4 years old toddler. The service was robotic, yet still very very slow at the same time. We have a two-years old boy who started fussing a bit because he was hungry and it was taking the food for ever to come. One of the supervisors at the restaurant comes to us and asks us to “Contain” our son. She claimed people were complaining. At that moment, we all lost our interest to stay in the restaurant. My wife left to the car and I asked the waitress to give us the food in “To-Go” containers. I went to pay and the same rude supervisor says “Hello, I need you to come here to pay”, as if I was planning to leave without paying (which was the most offensive thing they did today). I told her “That is exactly why I am here. I am here to pay”. She gives me the ATM machine to pay and I was so upset I did not look at the bill or the total. The supervisor was laughing loud with the waitress and they wouldn’t speak a single word in English between them. I fount out later that I paid around $112. I stood there for more than 20 minuets waiting for the food to come. We get home and I find out that what we have in the bags is completely different from what we ordered. We were very clear in our instructions/order. We all later started having stomach ache and I am not sure if was intentional or unintentional food poisoning. But it is bad in both cases. So, if you want to get food poisoning and rude service at high price, then this...
