They charged me over double what I should have paid and the manger was very dismissive and did nothing to correct the mistakes.
I ordered a burger, side ceasar, small drink and raven blood frosty. I planned to use my points for the burger I wanted so I loaded it to my rewards to use in restaurant. I also loaded an offer for $1.99 raven frosty. When I went to the window to pay I told the lady at the drive through window that I had the reward loaded to get the burger for free with my points. She scanned my card and I asked to make sure it removed the price of the burger. She seemed unsure and I asked again. She told me yes, I was getting the free burger. I double checked and asked that I was getting the free burger with my points and a discount on the frosty. She told me yes. I said ok and she held the debit machine out for me without saying the total price. I believed she had correctly put in my order and the discounts were applied and I paid. I asked for my receipt and when I saw it I found out I just paid $19.68 with tax. I knew that didn't seem right so I told her. She had the manger come over and the manager was extremely dismissive saying that I can't have both an offers loaded on the card. I corrected her and told her one was a reward (the burger) and the other was an offer (the frosty) so yes, both could be applied if my order was put in the computer correctly (have the burger separately listed and not as a combo). She was very dismissive and kept telling me I was wrong and would pay more to have the items in the combo seperate. I asked her how a side ceasar ($2.29), a small coke ($2.89) and a small raven blood frosty (discounted to $1.99 with the offer) could be more expensive then paying for what I did. She only continued to tell me I was wrong and couldn't use the reward with the offer and then there were other cars behind me waiting so she told me to leave and I did (so the other customers didn't have to wait for the restaurants mistake and rude response). After the fact I then realized not only had the reward not been applied for the free burger but on top of that I was charged for 2 raven blood frosty's when I only ordered and recieved 1 and only got a discount for 1. The frosty was alright but definitely not worth the price of 2. It seems there is a very huge lack of training and awareness at all Wendy's I have been to around the rewards app and using points but this is definitely the worse experience and lack of knowledge I have seen so far and the manager showing no interest in trying to correct the mistakes made. Read moreNew Review July 2023 Location has been renovated, leaving half the seating old and in bad shape. Some seating was removed so they can not accommodate as many customers as before. Service is still mediocre. Again recieved the wrong order inside, ordered 2 spicy chicken combo's and recieved 2 bacon burger combo's. The pop machine is constantly out of drinks, self serve ketchup is 9 times out of 10 empty. Tables are not wiped down and floors are dirty. Still disappointing, as no changes of improvement have been made by their management or owner.
Old Review Food Hot and Fast...but no dividers at order/ checkout, no wiping of order station and tables all filthy dirty, no toilet paper in ladies washroom. Beverage machine out of most drinks. Sooo...not a place we will go back to. If its this badly run and dirty during covid-19...how dirty is it during regular times. Parking is limited as its a busy area....

This location seems to be consistently crappy…over salted fries , cold, old tasting dry lukewarm warm burgers soggy lettuce and half rotten super thin tomatoes…. Too bad I just live down the street, will never come back, not spending close to $35.00 for lunch for this shite ….A&W is close by too, a bit more expensive….always hot and more lettuce and tomato ( fresh) on the burger….i guess the owners are happy the way it’s run…. Never see a comment from the manger or owner….
.Cold fries, Luke warm burger , 1 inch piece of lettuce and an overripe… close to rotten tomato slice , 2 half piece slices of bacon on their Baconator….. I guess when it’s a to go order … the quality doesn’t count…. Lol… train your staff to put out decent food or close your Wendy’s down… do us...
