I celebrated my 40th birthday here and honestly I have never had steak like this before. My wife took me here for dinner and we have been here 3-4 times before and had amazing food. Tonight I couldn't believe it. Steak I wanted was med rare I got it it wasn't a sirloin and it was purple blue and crunchy. I waited for about 10 mins for them to check and said I couldn't eat it they took it back microwaved it for 4 mins or so and I was so digusted that they think microwaving a steak to achieve doneness is proper I'm sorry but wow I lost my appetite and was very disappointed.I cooked for a living I know my steak. The manager should yes that wasn't a good piece of meat as meat is sent to them.frozen and sometimes different meat is cooked at different temperatures but was from 2 different bags of frozen meat and sometimes cooks at different temperature. Since when does a steak house serve steak from frozen meat bags. He made an excuse and took it off the bill as we sat for 15 mins wanting to leave but had to wait for our under aged server. We tried to leave pay our bill and was told to sit back down by the boy at the front, as he continue to draw a picture of anime off his phone and was extremely rude from the moment we walked In. I honestly went to McDonald's on the way home. Will not be returning . Sad my wife felt so heart broken for taking me here for my birthday as we have experienced...

We've eaten at other Mike's locations and loved them. This time tho, our experience was sad. We were there for almost 2 hours. The server was friendly, I'll give her that, but then it was terrible to watch 4 servers stand in a circle in the pass thru talking about their weekend and gossiping. We didn't get a refill unless we asked, my daughters 7-up was flat so she switched to water yet we still paid for it. My other daughter had a lettuce wrap chicken burger, the sauce was missed so she picked at it until it was cold when the server finally came by so we could ask for it. My salad seemed to be half the size of other locations and my husband's platter was luke warm. My son's Mac and Cheese tasted funny to him so he ate one bite. We would have ordered him something else but were unable due to the lack of service. It was taken off the bill tho. We would pile our empty cups (wanting refills) and plates at the end of the table, while a bunch of staff just walked by, where's the team work we experienceat orher restaurants?

Sorry to say, we're not sure if we'll be back, but will still enjoy...

Went here with my family for my aunt's birthday. A couple of us got peach Bellinis. Near the end, my aunt mentioned that her peach Bellini tasted off. The rest of us tried it and agreed it tasted different than the others, like it had pickle juice in it or something. We politely informed the server, and asked if we could send it back. Instead, she got the manager who started gaslighting us, saying she watched the bartender making the drink and that she was willing to pull the surveillance tapes to prove that it was made the same as the others. It was extremely argumentative for no reason. My mother even asked her why she was saying she didn't believe us instead of just taking it back. Everyone at the table was shocked and it definitely ruined the mood. For the rest of the evening we got catty remarks from the serving staff about how we should have told them sooner, and getting snarky when we asked to split the bills. This was hands down the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. If you want to try Mr. Mike's, try it at a different location. I personally don't think the food was worth...
