That will be my last time giving them another shot, 3 bad times in a row. I got a Buffalo chicken extra meat and I always tip bringing it to $19. No one else in line before me but they were very slow to start making my order leaving me standing there. They triple steamed my wrap leaving it tasting burnt then she couldn’t get it open and it was covered with tips making it very difficult to eat including how it was sauced which I will address later. Had to ask for each veggie I wanted multiple times as only got 5 individual leaves of spinach and maybe 3 small pieces of pepper. I asked them to remove the mushrooms they put without me asking for it and the girl doing it declined until another girl came to help. They did not move my meat around on the grill at all to make it nicer or cook it long enough. When I asked for tzadziki she put it all in one spot then did not move it around leaving it all at the end of the wrap with the rest of it dry so I asked for a small amount of ranch but she wasn’t listening so the other women helped me. I will not pay almost $20 for this level of quality again unfortunately as it was a nice close option for us healthcare workers. Atmosphere dirty and staff no longer friendly...

Today at 10:15am I ordered a regular chicken pita, the girl who waited on me was very rude from the moment I walked in. I wanted Spinach lettuce on my wrap, but the lettuce was so bad it was black. All three different lettuces was old and brown. When I asked the girl if there was any good lettuce she said no, so I asked for a refund as looking at the vegetables I noticed they were all bad. (This location was the dirtiest Pita Pit I have ever been in). The girl refused to give me a refund and said it wasn't possible, I said what do you mean it's not possible. A different lady with glasses came to assist and she gave me a refund right away, while the other girl in a different language aggressively spoke and shook her had. Disgusting customer service, this girl should not be employed anywhere where she has to deal with people period. I would warn anyone to never step in this Pita...

Terrible customer service. I'd never been to pita pit before, so I asked the girl what's good, and she just said it depends what you like. And then I saw that they had a limited time special for a smoked meat pita, and asked her if it was good. She said she never tried it and that it's probably good because it's a limited time thing. She didn't tell me anything about what was in it. Turns out it has mustard and pickles which I don't like. But that's on me for not asking. However, the way it was put together was terrible. All the meat was at the bottom of the wrap, so for 3/4 of the wrap your just eating cold veggies with a little bit of mustard, and only then when you get to the last 1/4 of the wrap do you get some meat and all that was where all the sauce was too. Definitely won't be going back. I just felt lost the entire...
