Full transparency write up. While visiting the area for two weeks and trying many different places in town I feel like the food service here in PR sub par. This bakery in which I had higher expectations is bright and spacious and offers a quality but minimal variety of products. However their specialty seem to be most delicious croissants and only croissants in different forms. So variety of assorted baked goods one would expect doesn't exist. One size drip coffee ( not quite hot ) doesn't match the quality of the croissants. Unfortunately this place did not meet my expectations especially with no seating available and so I had to walk down to the next coffee shop to sit with my purchases and they didn't mind at all. Ended up buying a better coffee at coffee shop and enjoyed the croissants. Their staff were friendly but pre occupied with their social life sharing and never greeted me upon my arrival. They are not open early like most bakeries. I truly want nothing but success for this place as there seems bakery void to be filled in this town. Hopefully this is well recieved and not too offencive of a review. I'll be back at some point but not for a while unfortunately. MC

Best bakery in Prince Rupert. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in town. Everything we bought was great, favorites were the Gouda and ham croissant and the pain au chocolate. We tried a loaf of early grey sourdough, which was (albeit a bit strange) very well made and tasty. Looks like they definitely sell out so recommend going early. Baked goods were between 3-6$, loafs of bread were around $7. We will definitely return next time we're in town.

5 stars for food! I didn’t go in so it cant speak to customer service and atmosphere, however, my mom said it was a very nice experiance - 5 stars based on my moms experiance. The pastry was excellent! The puff pastry was nice and crispy and the custard, fruit and sugar glaze were all a perfect balance with the rest of the treat. I will definitely make a trip to experiance the environment and to try their other treats :)
