3 Brasseurs La Capitale — Restaurant in Quebec

Not sure why they couldn’t get our orders right. We went there for lunch and asked for no mustard in the hamburger, which then came with mustard anyways. We sent it back and they sent back the same burger with just a new bun in too but mustard still in the bacon/meat… There was also a long break in between delivering our food to our table of 4 so some of the food got cold. We do love their beer though, so also went back for dinner and the same thing happened! We got nachos for our kids and asked for no jalapeños and it came covered in jalapeños! We sent it back and the second round still had jalapeños, which they told us were green onions. I had the bartender look and she agreed they were jalapeños to which they said there was nothing on their menu we could eat. So we left hungry, with cranky kids. But don’t worry, she was nice enough to let us know the manager approved the reversal on the nacho charges so we wouldn’t...

My fiance and I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Firstly the staff from the night of September 2 portrayed a large amount of incompetency, bad attitude and discrimination toward us. We ordered respectively a glass of baileys and beer and food also. The waiter showed a severe lack of interest about our order. He was walking around the restaurant and failed to even offer some water. He spent 30 mins without attending our table while we where waiting for our drinks. When we pointed it out he argued about it which is really far from what you call good customer service. He didn't even apologize for the lack of courtesy. After calling him out for this bad attitude because we felt discriminated he came to our table and slammed the drinks on the table, we left right after. Bref the manager shouldn't hired this type of person who doesn't have any respect for other human beings who are not...

I would give negative stars if that was an option. I was here back in August with some friends, as I was visiting the area. It was our last dinner together before I went home. The service here was absolutely horrendous. We were ignored by every person that was working. It took probably an hour for our food to arrive. We had to ask 3 different people for the bill. The restaurant was empty, but our server made every attempt to do something else that didn't involve actually serving our table. We should have gotten up and left before the food arrived because we honestly though they just didn't ring in our orders. I wrote a complaint to head office but never heard back. What a trash establishment. It was my first time eating at 3 Brewers and I can absolutely guarantee you that I will never be back, and I will never recommend any of your locations to anyone I know. You should be ashamed...
