Bad service by this girl, short, wearing glasses, who took the payment from me for a cup of brewed coffee, then walked away without returning with my coffee. I stood by the pick up counter right by the cashier for about 5 min, there were 6 female staff chatting away while I was waiting for my coffee. No customers were waiting by the pick up counter and no one in line. She just walked around behind the counter, making a drink for herself, and I waited and waited thinking perhaps they have to brew a new pot of coffee. Finally, I called another staff who was sitting behind the counter by the cashier to ask if coffee is ready because it didn't look like she was making a new pot of coffee at all. I explained to another staff that the person who took my money just walked away, and I've been waiting here for quite some time. She then asked what kind of coffee I want, turned around and poured coffee from the pump carafe right behind the cashier til. No apologies for the wait or mix up. Service Accuracy - cashier he was good on customer service. Barista - on the machine they don’t focus on what’s the order. ( not sure if they communicate between cashier and barista to avoid confusion to avoid waste on order.)
I ordered (hot matcha latte with oat milk.) for dine In. After a while they give me the drinks on take away cup but cold version. I ask the barista if it’s oat milk. Unfortunately it was not. Then they make again my drinks and they put it in take away cup. Then I ask the barista for dine in cup.
My main concern with this is all about the customer experience furthermore is the loss from ordered accuracy. For sure it was loss from the company’s profit.
The main reason why my ordered was not properly made on the first place. The guy who’s wearing red uniform he was talking to the barista which is she can’t focus well on her job in which she was assigned as coffee maker.

I don't understand what the heck is wrong with me, but is it discrimination against Asians or travelers? I checked the order and saw the receipt late, but I paid with the menu included that I didn't even order. Isn't paying for two cakes and delivering one to me proof that it was done in part? She made the mistake and showed no signs of apology. she would have said sorry if it was a real mistake, but what she did makes me feel like she did it intentionally.
