Welcome by magical smells transporting me to a younger age of family souvens at the old and classy bakery near grannie's, was my first impression. Right away I felt at home between the mix of fresh bread and coffee entertaining my nose. Place is cozy and seats are near de sunniest windows in the neighbourhood. I lived in Québec for 2 years and tried almost every bakery in town. This is hands down the best for almost everything.

Their chocolates are a little run of the mill. And they don't have any spinach and feta pastries (like boîte à pain down the road), but everything else here is amazing.

Je ne met jamais de commentaires, mais sincèrement la nouvelle employée (elle a un style “pin-up” avec les cheveux noirs, peut-être mi ou fin trentaine) qui est là depuis peu devrait être mise à la porte. Je ne connais malheureusement pas son nom, mais tous la reconnaîtront. Elle est toujours de mauvaise humeur et désagréable avec les clients, puis à 3 reprises je l’ai vu parler et rabaisser des clients qu’elle “n’avait pas aimé” devant d’autres clients à la caisse (!!!) Elle n’a aucune classe, à chaque fois que je passe chez Lefebvre je prie pour ne pas tomber sur elle!

Puisqu’elle donne un service extrêmement médiocre, je ne donne plus de pourboire lorsque c’est elle qui me sert, ce qui bien sûr vous vous douterez, fait en sorte qu’elle me donne un service encore plus désagréable pas la suite, car elle est fâchée de ne pas avoir eu de tips.
