The menu is simple: Pizza, and more pizza. (There are also a few appetizers and salads for whom who may be interested). There are 3 pages of different pizza choices. We tried grilled vegetables and grilled potatoes. The 1st one's vegetarian and the last had spicy Calabrese sausage. Both of them equally delicious. We order 10" each expecting to bring the left overs, home but no, they were so good we finished them both. The waiter was friendly. Both taxes and tips are included on price listed on the menu, which means no surprises when it's time to pay. They also sell some beers and wine. Very nice experience. I will surely come back. -------------- Update 2025/06 This is officially our favorite pizza restaurant in Quebec City. We've visited this restaurant at least 10 times in the last few years. All the pizzas are delicious and the service is impeccable. The only restaurant we know that has taxes and services included in the menu price. Much appreciated.

I have never dealt with a situation like this in Canada before. We visited Quebec for the first time and came to this restaurant as it seemed to have good reviews on google. Given the high cost of each pizza, we assumed the quality would be good too so we ordered two of their famous pizzas, one veg and one non-veg. The pizzas were served to us into cut up pizzas and not as a whole which was kind of suspicious as the table next to us was served whole pizzas. It got worse when we noticed hair on multiple slices in our plates which looked like it was put there deliberately. When we tried to call the server to our table, he looked and ignored us. They did not apologise for the hair in the pizza, only asked to replace it which we declined. They really did not seem sorry about it. It was extremely rude and I did not expect this from such a renowned restaurant in Quebec.

I make an effort in any new city I visit to buy a pizza from a well reviewed place, just for a glimpse into the pizza culture of that city. Yeah, it's expensive. $35 with tip for a ten inch (small) pizza. Ouch. And the crust? Pretty good! Good coloring on the bottom. But man. You can tell the chefs take pride in their work with the presentation. And the toppings! The toppings are high quality to say the least. I'd love to know where they get their mozza. It's one thing to make a good dough, or to make a good sauce, but these pizzas have it all. Ordered the goat cheese pizza with added mozzarella. $35 for a small pizza. But you get what you pay for.

Overall, it was a decent experience. While the pizza was not exactly authentic Italian, the flavors were quite good and satisfying.

The atmosphere of the place is not very charming per se, lacking a bit in ambiance and decor. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant. I appreciated the variety of toppings and the all-inclusive tips policy.

One downside is that the pizza is a bit overpriced for what you get. While it’s tasty, it doesn’t quite justify the higher price point compared to other places offering similar quality.

In summary, Mille et Une Pizzas offers good flavors and friendly service but falls short in authenticity and ambiance. It’s worth a try if you don’t mind spending...
