Last day in Quebec City and we found a gem. We sat at the bar. Ely makes a great drink and is so much fun to chat with. We learned a lot about drink origins. Ely even created a drink for us using my Danish dads favorite liquor, aquavit. I only wish we were in town a few more days, we would spend them here!

Cool cocktail bar with prohibition era-vibes, without overdoing it. So happy to find a spot in Quebec City where you can have a drink while listening to jazz music!! They even have live music from time to time. I hope they stick with this jazzy mood as this fact alone sets them apart from other cocktail bars in the city.
