A rare gem.. We were immediately greeted by a young man with a great smile and friendly demur. Nicely decorated place. The waitress was at our side immediately, with a wet, hot towel; very traditional. And again, so friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. She quickly convinced us to let the chefs choose our meal. That was a fun twist. We weren’t disappointed. The food was nothing short of amazing. Beautifully presented and “melt in your mouth”. We were shocked to hear that they have only been open for three weeks. As soon as more people try this place, I am convinced making reservations will become an absolute necessity. Finding some of the best sushi in Canada was, to say the least, unexpected in old Quebec City. Well quelle surprise!

The restaurant is situated in a stunning room that’s part of the beautiful Le Capitole Theatre complex and sets a perfect stage for exceptional dining with a view of city life. Completing the experience are well-trained and attentive staff serving perfectly prepared traditional and fusion Asian dishes.

We just enjoyed a lovely evening of dinner, drinks, and very attentive service. Our server, Essie & the dinner team were wonderful!! They took great care of us!
