This place serves excellent maki, even when compared to many similar New York City outfits. The maki ingredients, especially the raw fish, are super fresh. These maki are big, unlike the small food portion you'd be given at many pricier restaurants in this area. Service is great; when I tried to order 2 items, restaurant owner recommended us to decide whether we needed more food after we finished the large plate of maki to avoid ordering too much food. Wonderful sushi restaurant and just what we needed as travelers looking for a reasonably priced dinner. The owners are so kind. We unknowingly walked in about 15 minutes after closing, as they were waiting for a customer to finish eating. Despite this, they so kindly made our takeout meal. The sushi is the best I've had. The rolls are plump and generous. The large poke bowls are half the price of those in old Quebec and delicious !
