Rooster Express 138 — Restaurant in Quebec

I LOVE their food but my last 5 orders is the exact same mistake on the exact same wrap. The honey mustard chicken wrap is made with bacon bits. I’ve left a note on my file on their computer, NO BACON is written on the receipt of every order and yet still. Here I am again at work, ordering it with no bacon and it’s LOADED with bacon bits. I’m SO OVER IT! I’m a LOYAL customer, their food is filling for the portions but I’m taking a break from them. The incompetence in the kitchen is mind-boggling. Not a happy customer. AND they ask for the old sandwich back. To do what with? Throw it out anyway? What’s the point of that? Can’t even give it to a co-worker. I don’t like their style at all. I’m not trying to be slick and order without bacon just to keep the old sandwich. If you keep making the SAME mistake 5 orders in a row all month long, at least let me give the sandwich to a co-worker or something. Where’s the compensation for my time waiting hungry at work? Great food, never ordered a menu item that I didn't like. Great chicken, better than the alternatives in the area by a long shot, great crispy fries, good gravy, decent slaw. The one time they messed up an order they comped the full meal. The person who ordered didn't even ask for a free replacement, as they had already eaten the order. They sent the whole order no questions asked.(order was a half rack of ribs and they sent a full rack replacement) Great service, fast delivery. If you're ordering family chicken meals, there is simply no better options in the area. (We all know the dry af alternatives that are around here...

Quite a discovery! I will definitely come back. I usually don't like white meat for fried chicken. I forgot to ask for only brown meat but boy was I surprised. Their White meat chicken were so moist and flavorful that I actually didn't mind and even enjoyed it. The 2 young women that served us were so nice and relaxed. My first time here and they were very patient with an indecisive guy(me)! We were a party of 4 and we all gave them a thumbs up. Please note. They fry up everything fresh on order. Not like KFC that pre-fry. So expect a 20 minutes wait. But that patience...
