SUGO Pizza & Trattoria — Restaurant in Quebec

I called up to see if they were open, message said pizzeria only open on Fridays and Saturdays. I get on the road; arrive there and low and behold the place is closed. I have to give you 1 star for making me waste my time. Just leaving a note on your door saying you're closed when every other indication says otherwise is just poor practice. Well, well, well. I travel far and wide for work, and I try pizza everywhere I go. This was such a pleasant surprise. I’m not normally a fan of a thinner crust but my goodness, the flavour! Great sauce, undercarriage could have used a little extra love in the oven to avoid the flop but that could have been from the drive so I’m deducting one point, but I will try again dine-in to put that to bed. Cheese was fantastic and the seasoning on top was a very nice touch.

Une des bonnes pizzas que j'ai mangées!!!

J'avais commandé à l'avance et à mon arrivée la pizza n'était pas prête. Malheureusement, le propriétaire sur place était complètement débordé (victime de son succès!) et je crois qu'il n'avait pas réalisé que c'était le soir de la finale de la Coupe Memorial des Remparts à la télé. Il semblait se demander pourquoi il y avait autant de commandes soudainement un dimanche! Il s'est excusé à plusieurs reprises pour le délai d'attente ce que j'ai apprécié.

La pizza était honnêtement délicieuse, rien à voir avez les autres pizzerias commerciales à Ste-Foy. Excellente sauce, des ingrédients frais. Et des prix assez raisonnables!

Le local ne paye pas de mine (pas de place assise) mais pour un takeout c'est parfait. Enfin une offre de pizza de qualité dans le secteur (ça fait changement du Ashton!)! Nous...
