I ordered a pizza and paid for it with a credit card. I provided a cell phone number I couldn't answer. I have ordered online previously and Domino's has contacted my telephone with automated telemarketing survey requests and coupon offers. I complained and Domino's Canada assured me if I paid for the pizza with a credit card online there would be no issues processing the order. The Trenton Domino's store did not make my pizza and they still charged my credit card. Domino's Trenton staff claimed that they don't have to follow the policies of Domino's Canada when processing orders. They claim the transaction will be refunded in 24-48 hours. That's not adequate or right!
This is probably the last time I order from Domino's Pizza. I won't make the mistake of purchasing anything from Domino's Pizza in Trenton Ontario. Now I'm trying to scramble to order something else for a bunch of kids. I'm sure Domino's will enjoy the use my money. Twenty four to forty eight hours is a long time to use other people's money for free! I still have to pay for the transaction fee and the interest.
Domino's, in Trenton Ontario, Canada isn't a company I can trust. The corporation violated it's own customer privacy policy and now the local Trenton store takes my money and dictates the rules on how and when they will return it. Sniffs of corporate big business fraudulent behavior to me. I've already complained to the better business associations locally and a...
Read moreI am done with this store. Every time we order the order is wrong. I gave up calling in because I have to drive 15 mins to pick up because I live just outside of Trenton. I have free pizzas on my account at this store because of their mistakes but anytime I try to claim them I am given one excuse or another about why I can't use my credit. Today I ordered a well done pizza. I was there a little early and sat right down so as not to rush anyone. The in-store tracker said there still three minutes in the oven when they handed me my pizzas, but again they always have an explanation. I got home only to find out my pizza still had raw dough under the toppings. No where near well done like I requested. I have been given the wrong crust, wrong toppings, incorrect cooking temp, wrong sauce, no dipping sauce and have only been in this are for 9 months. If this wasn't a dominos the business would have failed by now. Good thing you got into a well known franchise so people are fooled into thinking they'll get quality pizza like they would from other store.
As I was leaving two people were bringing back their orders for problems so this obviously isn't a rare problems.
Update 2023. Nothing has changed. Just had an unpleasant conversation with someone who would rather interrupt then listen to how my soft crust PAN pizza is not well done at all. Wasn't pushed back in the second time like it protocol says let alone cooked longer to be well done...
Read moreI honestly wish I could give a better review since Domino's is my favourite pizza place but our last experience together wasn't the greatest. I had ordered a pizza around 6 pm (on the website, you can save previous orders to make things faster next time around. So That's what i did.) I doubled checked everything and placed my order. I asked changed one thing which was to ring the door bell since my boyfriend and i would be cleaning and I wouldn't have my phone on me. Around 8: 30pm I was about to start making dinner cause at that point I had forgotten that I ordered a pizza and it had never came. When I called the Trenton Dominos, they were rude to me, said that they had been to the house ( I never got a call indicating they were there). They also told me the address was different then the one I provided them ( my email confirmation showed the correct address). I know I will no longer be going for pizza in Trenton due to the way I was treated in the process. I understand mistakes happen, we are all human but gives you no right to blow up. Ill be taking my loyal...
