This morning at approx 8am (March 31st). I arrived to pick up breakfast as I do most days. I entered drive thru with 1 car in front of me. A employee came out to remove pylons from lane 2. Car behind me pulled up. The employee interacted with car behind me and was obnoxiously talking to them. Saying that she will try to set the sensor off with her jumping on the 2nd lane to order thier coffees. Drive thru taker came on and asked what I wanted. I thought because the employee that was outside was yelling that if i said my order they wouldnt be able to hear me. So i waited. I asked for a number 4 combo (burrito meal) with a large earl grey tea. Before i could finish my order the taker asked if the tea was black. I said no 3 sugar 1 milk. Taker asked if that was all. I said yes, waiting for my total price she didnt say one. (Knowing it was 8.35$) i proceeded to get 10$ 35cents out. Once at the window the employee at the window said a price of 6 dollars something cents. I asked her for the burrito meal? She them said oh i didnt hear you well enough. I said it should have been 8.35$ i gave her the 10 dollar bill then she closed the window not allowing me to give her the 35cents. She gave me my change (not a big deall then proceeded to ask what was in my tea. I said 3 sugar 1 milk. She fixed my tea then i had to wait as they messed my order up. The employee who gave me my food was the employee who was outside yelling. So i said to her not to yell and she told me to have a good day. I took my food out of frustration as the entire process was messed up in some way. And she continued to say "or not" i put my change away and drove awayb hearing her say something after i drove away. Read moreThey serve you one ice cold coffee and one hot coffee after making you wait 20 minutes im a drive thru. Then they refuse to answer a phone. Apparently they dont think their customers are knowledgeable to realize you just served them 2 hour old coffee and the lights were clearly off on it. Obviously the person making the drinks should realize one has steam comimg out and one does not.. Probably dont notice because they dont stir it anyways.. Becuase thats twice you should notice. And thats its a thicker consistency when its ice cold mixed with 3 cream and sugar.
And every morning itntakes them 15 minutes to make 1 coffee om a mobile order 75% of the time your forced to walk im am see whats happening because theyve already served am entire drive through and clearly could of made one flipping coffee by now.
AND THE COVID RULES DONT GET ME STARTED ON. SKIP THE DISHES CAN USE ANY ENTRANCE OR EXIT THEY WANT WHILE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO EXIT OM THE FAR SIDE. THEY PUSH YOUR COFFEES IN YOUR CAR AMD FOOD FROM BEHIND YOUR WINDOW ITS LIKE A QUICK CATCH THE FOOD EFFECT. THEYRE GUNNA BE SORRY THE DAY THE DROP IT IT IN MY CAR. AND THIS IS EVERYTIME THEY HAVE A MASK SHIELD GLOVES AND STILL PUSH IT IM THE EDGE OF THE WINDOW AND RUN.

Read moreAbsolute terrible service. Went through the drive-thru. Lady at the speaker was great. She repeated everything back. Perfect. Next window we're only given half our order, also, no receipt. So back in I go.. After a few minutes someone comes and asks me if I've been helped yet. I told her. Yes. I came through drive-thru and only got half my order.. 2-3 more people came over while the supervisor demands I bring back in my bags so we can go over my order. I gave her my order #384 and told her just look it up and I'll tell her what I'm missing.. She starts giving me attitude so I told her this is an inconvenience on me!! Whatever, I go back out to the car grab my bags and start to head back in.. An employee comes out to stop me from coming back by handing me another burger. I said "great but what about the rest?" as I took it and went back in with everything. The supervisor started arguing with me about what I had actually ordered. I repeated it all again... They finally pull everything together and as I turn to leave they start yelling at me that I'm using the wrong door!! I wouldn't have even needed to come in at all had they just paid more attention to the customer.. Anyway.. We get home and the burgers were still wrong. 😕 Do NOT recommend using this location!!!
