Subway — Restaurant in Radium Hot Springs

So not actually sure what happened but Ashley was our "sandwich artist" for starters she was extremely rude or maybe intoxicated. She was so out of it she just left the bacon to my sandwich on the counter, one of the other ladies working there had to put it in the oven. While making the gentleman's sub ahead of us she slapped on so much lettuce pretty much nothing else fit. Ignored the guy when he asked for honey mustard then, she proceeded to put on regular mustard then mayo but the poor guy was too nice to say anything. She then tried to close it but it was so messy she just got toppings everywhere. No hair net either and she looks extremely unkempt. Very odd experience and would probably never go back to this subway again even though, the other two ladies where great. Give them more shifts and...

Most exspencive sub from subway todate With close to half the weight of meat as all* other subways Had to ask 3 times for more lettuce and I I usually have to ask for less 🤷‍♂️ Made sub with meat on it I did not want it toasted.but had to to be able to warm. The meat. After I get my sub the meats even wrong It's like pickeled spicy meat

Might of helped with my experience had I been able to understand the guy but his English is not the best either and I tried hard

I get costs of operations is high But when you turn that to skimping and over charging your customers.....

Came in for a sandwich on the way out of town. I found the Subway inside the gas station to be spotless and manned by a soft-spoken, extremely polite man behind the counter. He was so genuine it was almost off-putting. I appreciate him very much!

The Cold Cut Sub tasted great. The bread was just right, even though I came in late in the day at about 7:30pm.

I really appreciate that he listened to me instructions about cutting the sub in half and wrapping each half separately to make it easier to eat in the car.

PRO TIP- Have your sub cut in half and have each half wrapped separately to make it easier to eat a footlong sub...
