50-50 chance of getting your order accurate. Went inside to order to go as the line up for drive through was excessive. Was minimally staffed and slow to be received. Restaurant had maybe 3 patrons. Ordered 3 of the same combos, with the exception that one was a single patty burger and other 2 were double patty. Requested that all have “no-mayo” Received order and bag felt light, so I checked at counter and only received 2 combos, not 3. Chatted with the girl and she provided the other burger and fries. Took meals to truck and divided up to the kids while in the parking lot. Ended up with 2 single combos and a double rather than the 2 doubles and single that was ordered. All had the mayo in them. Kept the one double with child one as he was starving and willing to eat it. Took the remaining 2 singles in and showed receipt to staff (crew change had just happened) had order corrected, but timing was ridiculous to do so. I was offered a couple of free sundae coupons, which I declined. (Frustration level was in the red) The bag received back for the remaining burger correction was covered in grease stains. The burger wrappers and buns were saturated in grease. Just gross. I love DQ burgers and ice cream, but I will avoid this DQ in the future. Read moreI stopped by at DQ and ordered grilled chicken salad this afternoon around 1:15PMll while waiting for my vehicle to get tires changed at Trail Tire. At first I was very pleased with the lady at the till who took my order, very approachable, friendly and excellent customer service. But I was disappointed with my salad. Grilled chicken was great, tomatoes, cheese but the lettuce was old and ready to toss in the garbage. I called the attention of the staff who served the salad since she was just right behind me cleaning tables. I showed her the wilted saggy lettuce I had in my bowl. She decided to call the supervisor. The supervisor came up to me and said “is there any issue?” I said , whoever is making salad in the back they didn’t peel off the older leaf its wilted and old. She continued, I apologized for that, we get a bag of salad and we’re so busy and didn’t noticed that. She asked me in an irritating tone “ what do you want? Read moreI just spent $48.77 One meal they forgot substitute the fries for onion rings. The other meal they forgot to poutine my fries. A few mushrooms on my mushroom Swiss. Barely any peanuts when I paid for extra on my parfait. Got ranch instead of honey mustard.
But the real disappointment isn't the order being wrong, it was the poor customer service that I witnessed between the female dairy queen employee with the long brown hair/she was heavier set (sorry) and three customers after me.
Rolling your eyes at customers who are ordering, she told a customer that there are signs on the door, perhaps he should know the rules of Covid. She gave attitude to a lady who asked a question about a cake that was preordered. The best part was when I heard her cursing while complaining to another employee on her headset about a customer.
There are no reasons for this behaviour.
