Customer service was the absolute worst I've ever seen. Placed mobile order and went to pick up after the appropriate time was told 20 more minutes. When I said the app said 15 minutes the lady turned around said nothing and ignored me. The store was at about 20 people when the limit was 10, as I heard the cook whisper to another staff member, but said nothing to customers. One guy asked how long till his mobile order was ready, the front lady said with attitude "I don't have it, I don't know what to tell you!" Then eventually(10 minutes after she told other staff they were over capacity)the cook came out and said some of you have to go outside we are only allowed 10 people, and a customer responded "I've been here over 45 minutes and the whole time you've been way over. The front staff refused the next order even though lady said she would leave and come back in 50 minutes. Then 5 people cancelled their order. I had been waiting another 15 minutes and went to ask how much longer, she said I was next and then said to the lady beside me she was next. Well front lady asks cook how long for Colette, and she said "shes a mobile" front staff said "well she is here!" 20 minutes after I arrived, now your telling her I'm there!!! Well lady beside me gets her order and then I continue waiting on mine, and cook passes wrong item. Lady at front sent it back. When I got the order I said I ordered that item last time but that's about 1/4 the size of last time?" She said its same amount smaller container...but it had less in it. The burgers were cold not crispy at all. It was really disappointing for how long I was made to wait with staff being rude to customers. Read moreEdit#2: I thought the employees need customer service coaching but I didn't realize the owners also needed it. Called to ask about when they put my name in a book, they couldn't find my name and asked for details on my last order. Spoke with both the owners, the owner Cam offered 25% discount. I asked if that's all they could offer, his words "that's it". I used to make orders of $50 on a regular basis but never again. I hope they're happy with losing $150+/month in orders over a messily 25% discount. I'll never go here out of principle.
Edit #1: 3 stars to 1. Went here again today, ordered the 13 piece feist Split(half n half) with Large taters, Med fries. What I got was mostly mild chicken (4spicy and rest mild) Large Fries and another Medium fries. This is the 3rd time this has happened where I've asked for Split, I've either gotten all mild or mostly mild. I called to let them know, the lady tells me "for split, we always put 4 spicy and rest mild". That doesn't even make sense. I'm getting excuses, granted she did apologize but she constantly talks over you and sounds rude tbh. This happens too much here. I order from here a lot and they don't seems to care too much about consistency and quality. I also paid $50, which is not cheap. I think they just need better training.

You don't generally register that as "Urm, derrrr... they messed up mah ordurrrrr". Like, seriously man? Fricken heck I wish I done an' gots me some free poppins with my chicken. Wth is wrong with you man? Tell your vegetarian friends to suck it up, because not everybody needs to be a vegetarian just because they are. How in the hell do they handle going to the grocery store? Is there some 'vegetarian' grocer here in RD that I don't know about, where they don't have to sullen their eyes with the sight of all that MEAT sitting there in the isles? Or do they just avert their gaze?
@JasonCardoza They do deliver lol. They advertise that (we have gotten delivery but prefer not to so the chicken stays crispy) and they tell you clearly when you call their store that they deliver. What MB's are you ordering from? Calgary?
@Julian Not sure what you're smoking but we've never had anything greasy from MB's here in RD. Maybe you got a new cook or something or they were rushed, because one of the best things about them is the fact that they AREN'T greasy.
Mary Browns chicken is 1000% better than any KFC in town. The ONLY thing I agree with as to the negatives in peoples posts here, is I wish they had a bit more spices to their recipe. Other than that it's amazing. OMG I can't wait to order my Big Mary's tonight for BIG...
