Two out of two bad experiences at this location, I won't be giving them a third chance.
On my first visit, the food packaging and condiments I was served were covered in some sort of sauce that spilled from some source other than my meal. I brought this to the attention of staff and received replacements, however there was no apology or acknowledgement and the staff member I dealt with just seemed irritated that I returned the items instead of accepting them covered in random sauce.
On the second visit, I ordered all dressed shaker fries with my meal. Firstly, my meal was left sitting for several minutes getting cold after being prepared in the staff area about 5 feet behind the counter because nobody could be bothered to move it the extra 5 feet to give it to me (I assumed they were still preparing part of it but the order was complete the whole time). Finally a staff member realized this, provided it to me, and casually told me they were out of shaker fries so I got regular fries. I pointed out that I paid extra to upgrade to shaker fries and asked whether I would be refunded the difference, and the staff member seemed taken aback and to not have thought of this at all. He went and asked a manager about this and the manager mumbled something about dealing with it in a bit and walked away. I then told the staff member I wasn't going to wait around for this but they shouldn't be just substituting more expensive items they allowed people to order with cheaper items. To his credit he was apologetic, but I don't know why I was permitted to order this, not even asked if the substitution was okay, and not offered a refund for at least the price difference.
The ordering kiosks were also dirty and there were flies buzzing around the pickup area.
I got the impression that nobody who works here cares at all. Which I can get for entry level fast food jobs, I know they have a tough gig, but doing things right starts at the top and I got the sense that management didn't care either and was...

Do you like sitting at a intercom for 7 minutes unanswered so that the next car pulling into the isle beside you can order immediately and usurp your spot in line? Is your intent of ordering fast food to have 30 minutes to prepare for your Luke-warm meal? Do you seek the thrill and suspense of receiving some of what you ordered, and most of what you didn’t?
Well ladies and gentleman. I present the perfect place for you! Because believe me. As all who attend can proclaim. If you need to extend your lunch break here’s your ticket. No meal out the window in under 30 minutes guaranteed! And that sweet ole reliable disappointment with every order guaranteed to be anything but exactly as ordered. And to top it off you get the above and beyond disrespectful service only our staff can deliver. I mean who hasn’t wanted to be yelled overtop of and then treated with absolute distain when that person who usurped your spot in line who took off without paying because the 2 staff members at the window are to busy with each other to notice that neither took payment.
If what your seeking is the pinnacle of that “less than one star experience”. Then your search is over. Here is your palace. Welcome to your haven of disappointment. And let’s be real. Being that we are looking at a McDonald’s…. You can understand how hard this location has had to work to set such a exemplary place of lowest bars. But there are all types of people. And if being treated like a 3rd rate customer by the worst single location in North America is on your bucket list. Then this is your destiny.

Read moreAfter a long day at work... I drove to this McDonald's. there was quite few line ups, and a long waited. Finally, I drove to drive-Tru order kiost, a Nice Young guy asked what do I want, I was just talking to GM and employee what they want. So I placed an order 2 can dine cause I have app coupon. And I asked the Nice Young guy(Elliot),"is it ok to order for myself seperatly using app coupon(Meal Deal)", he said usually its not possible, but because of long wait, he would give a exception.
I thanked him and drove to pay window. when I picked up the drink from nice young lady, THERE was this Eastern Indian lady(maybe a manager), yapping about my two orders using app coupon....to another guy.
I could hear it well, I FELT SORRY for Elliot who took my order. He would be the one got blame from that mean lady.
So, I asked the young lady who serving my drink, what is the name of the person who took my order. She asked me to drive to next window.
There, I was at the waiting window, waiting for the name and our food, There, he is, who get my food. So, I asked if you were the one who took my order, and he said yes. A Very nice and polite gentleman answered.
I stop going Tim Hortons because the server was always rude and angry, but this place, I go here because servers. always smile.
Now, I know you got s.h.t.i from that eastern indian manager.
