TacoTime — Restaurant in Red Deer

I went there earlier today for lunch and was the only one in line at the time of me ordering, I ordered two qusadea's one beef one chicken, not only did the person taking my order have a seriously grumpy and unprofessional attitude, it also appears to me when she went to the back to make my order she decided my food was her food considering I seen her eating through the window in the kitchen, you know where they prepare everyones food, then after 20 minutes and 3 other costumers one of which also ordered a qusadea all got their meal I was told by who I'm assuming due to their attire was the manager and another employee "there was an issue in the back" (unspecified) and they were now restarting mine, after 20 minutes of waiting. So my overall conclusion is it appears to me the 'issues" in the back was the worker who took my order choose to eat my order and after 20 minutes of enjoying it decided they where gonna make mine which only took an approximately additional 5 mintues of waiting making it approximately 25 minutes and 3 other costumers before I got my 2 qusadea's, I can't speak for anyone else but even if the food was still really good I'm not convinced it was sanitary for one and also between that, the unreasonable wait time, and the bad employees they employ there I know I will never order...

Usually very good service & good food (very good!!). BUT: I sent my eight year old daughter to order her own food for the first time. She had twenty dollars in cash. She ordered a chicken taco and a small dr. pepper. She gave me the change and I just realized that they only gave her $3.50 back....I don't think her meal cost 16.50. Service was incredibly slow, waited 15 minutes after ordering only 2 things. Saw employee dumping out a drink, using SAME cup to scoop more ice and fill it with a different soda entirely. Employee wiped their hands on pants and then was handling food (no gloves either). My poutine had gelatinous chunks of gravy in it.
