Dear Thai Express, I visited you today and Ordered a number six to get a pad salad. I was served what you see in the picture which is not a pad salad. I was told because I didn’t say pad salad that is why it was served on rice. I was under the impression by ordering “by saying a number six” would automatically be a pad salad. As my lunch breaks are short I didn’t have time to let them remake it. However I was upset with the fact that I ordered a number six pad salad (which is clearly marked on the menu as a salad) and shouldn’t have had to say I want that as a salad. To also have the staff argue with me what I ordered and treat me like I incapable as well as a liar. While staring at me with a dumbfounded expression. So much for enjoying a meal I paid for!

Food is alright but portions are waaaay too small. I understand the need to portion food but based on what you're paying for which is around $12-14 with a drink, these portions do not make sense with what you're paying. Thai express in certain places fill your whole plate with food, while this place hardly touches the diameter. Only a gourmet dinner warrants these kinds of portions and their fried rice doesn't even come close.

Love this place! Service and introduction to their menu was well represented and the cashier guided me to my new favourite meal.

I wanted a crepe but with 15 minutes until close, I guess I was too late? I chose this place instead and when I asked if I was too late the gentleman behind the counter said "No, you have more than ten minutes, that's lots of time!" I asked what the specials were and then asked which he recommended and then chose. I was very happy with his recommendation and explanations. While I waited for my food I used the ATM and came back and asked for change and he was happy to give me 2 10s for my 20. I grabbed my food and brought it home but not before he asked me if I wanted any sauces or utensils and which ones etc. Then I saw him in the parking lot and asked him to boost my vehicle and for the shirt off of his back and he obliged. That last line is a joke but you get it; the service is great and the...

Portion sizes are great. It’s more than enough for me for a meal and I usually take some home. I really enjoy the curry. The flavour is excellent and not too spicy unless you want it to be and then they will add spice. There is very little in it other than rice though. There are a few vegetables on top and you can choose a protein. This time I chose vegetables as my protein and it was such a small amount of vegetables for the huge amount of rice in my bowl. My friend who ordered shrimp as her protein got 6 shrimp in her dish. I think it would be better to get it in a bowl/plate rather than the takeout box, as the box is so packed that it’s very hard to get to the rice...
