Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Red Deer

I lived in red deer since 1989 i have always loved pizza73& back then they gave away movies with your order. i have moved away a couple times, no matter where i live i always find a pizza73& i when i moved back i was so grateful after being gone for 10years it was awesome to see they were in the same spot. I walked in & CC greeted me. I told him i was just popping in to say hello & he gave me a bottle of water & told me to have a seat & stay as long as i liked. I sat down enjoyed my water& watch what was playing on their television, he gave me access to their wifi & i went on the website to give them a review. Ordered from out of town for pickup. Got home and realized they had missed specifically requested toppings we paid extra for, then discovered a very long hair baked into one of the pizzas. Called customer service and was offered a measly $10 credit if we provided proof (which we did via email). After getting off the phone and inspecting the rest of the pizza, discovered a second long hair in the pizza. Not impressed and although we used to order from pizza 73 whenever we ordered pizza, this isn't the first time we have experienced issues with this location. Needless to say we won't be ordering from this location or any other again after the poor...

wow I have order a lot of pizza in my life but this place(pizza 73) was the worst experience of all time. Dough was uncooked the wings were raw with BBQ sauce globbed on top..phoned to complain only recourse I was offered ,store credit...really "fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me"...please anyone reading this, heed my warning ,there are many other reputable pizza establishments in Red deer...CPU,Papa john's just to name a few ...I am writing this caveat so others will not spend their hard earned money on something that doesn't resemble...
