Burger King — Restaurant in Regina

Came through tonight, such piss poor service. Ordered a bacon cheddar tender crisp that came without bacon or cheese. Ordered a chicken fry with sweet and sour, and didn't get any sauce. Somehow they can repeat the order properly, charge you for everything, but not give you your order in full. Taking an order, and simply checking each item off of the order as you place it in the bag really shouldn't be so difficult, but apparently these people don't know how to do their own job. They also don't really care about taking care of their customers, I don't think they like leaving their hand stuck out the window to hand someone the pinpad, so why would you let your customer deal with that? Not hard to just reach over and pull your pin pad back inside. Such small things that the staff here can't seem to grasp.

Go to the bk on Sask dr and Albert, they know what they're doing, and have yet to disappoint, definitely worth the bit...

My husband and I wanted to have a poutine and I asked for chipotle and they don’t have any so we asked what kind of spicy sauce do they have and they said we have spicy sauce and we asked yes what kind? He didn’t know what it’s called other then spicy sauce so we asked what’s in it and he said he didn’t know then we asked him to ask someone who does know then he stopped responding didn’t inform us that he was going to go ask waited a while then responded and said what would you like to order then we asked did you figure out what’s in the sauce and he said maybe black pepper or cayenne pepper which to me is ridiculous you should see a label somewhere showing the ingredients in your franchise or at least know your menu… was abit flabbergasted by this...

Very unimpressed with the customer service. I went through the drive thru at about 12:40am on May 23rd and I don’t think the woman taking my order realized her mic was on and it sounded like she quietly asked for my order. After beginning my order she said “woah, woah, woah, just started going off at me. Can I take your order?” (In a very rude and almost offended tone). Then, she takes my order and once I arrive at the window she does not smile at me once even though I’m smiling and saying thank you very politely. Then, when I think I have all my items she holds another item out the window so I smile and ask if I’m all good to which she says “get out”. I didn’t see her name, but she had black hair and...
