Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Regina

I ordered one large pizza online using the appi selected debit at the door when checking out, the delivery driver ended showing up after about 50 minutes, once he got here he told me his machine was dead. I had no cash on me just my debit, I offered to etransfer the money to his account and he could use his debit card and he said he wouldn’t accept that. Instead he said he will be back in an hour once his machine is charged. We waited about an hour and a half and he didn’t end up showing up. After waiting over 2 hours we ending up going out. Fast forward to about a month later, I again used the app waiting about 40 minutes then I receive a call from the store manager informing me I must pay for the previous pizza that I ordered a month prior, when I explained what happened and that the delivery drivers machine was dead when he arrived he argued with me, cut me off and told me to go somewhere else. We have ordered from dominos every Friday for the past 2 years. Atleast...

My mom had decided to treat my family the day after mother’s day to a late night snack. We got it delivered, and she always ensures to take the very deliberate step of selecting no cheese when she orders her pizza (she can’t eat dairy). Usually they call to confirm this fact, which works out fine, but this time we received no call (which is unprofessional in itself and should’ve been a red flag to us: if you don’t know, ask!). The pizza arrives… With cheese, surprise, surprise. She calls back, only with whoever is answering the phone on the night staff to tell her that they can’t send her the right pizza unless she pays for a new one herself. Absolutely disgusting, we ordered quite frequently from here for special occasions as we live in the area. Never again, wish that guy was fired and you hired someone who knows how to talk on the phone and use...

For some reason I was getting ignored here.

I placed an order for pickup. Pay in store. They set my pizzas on the counter, and then just stood there playing with the register for 5-10 minutes.

No other customers, no calls coming in, just two employees, standing at the computer.

Eventually I got tired of waiting, and asked someone else if they could help me, they talk to the employee at the counter, who then immediately hands me the debit machine.

It was good to go.

I think this cashier was just wasting my time.

Aside from that, for some reason my order was left off to side, not under a heat lamp. It was noticeably cold.

I've never had bad service like this...
