I went to order a fully loaded croissant with bacon and instead I asked him if he got the right one cause I said I saw a box and he said yeah that’s right one and and I repeated I said croissant and he said yes I said you got the croissant loaded and he said yes and then when it was time to get my order, they called out a different order like scrambled eggs and bacon I had a fork so I was kinda like I don’t think this is my order. Is this croissant then that I told the one lady that I want to croissant then she told me they would they don’t have those croissants anymore then I said OK well, then I just want a normal croissant with it then Then she said oh yeah yeah fully loaded croissant OK and then I said again fully loaded croissant with bacon and scrambled eggs and she said OK and then I got a croissant with sausage scrabbled so I’m not upset or anything. Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an ongoing issue at your 4455 Rochdale blvd ,On December 16, 2024, at approximately 11:30 PM, I visited the drive-thru at this location and encountered extremely rude behaviour from one of your employees.
This employee not only failed to attend to us properly but also responded rudely when I asked for her name to provide feedback. She ignored us entirely and refused to assist further. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident; this is the 5th or 6th time I’ve experienced the same behavior from this employee.
While I have always appreciated the welcoming service at other Tim Hortons locations, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and unwilling to return to this particular store and I ask everyone in my circle not to visit this location..
